The best service I’ve had at a McDonalds to date. They steamed my buns at 10pm, no questions asked. Belmont branch take notes. The staff on 13th Jan at 10pm were great, give them all employee of the month. Topped the fries up heaps and lots of added Big Mac sauce in the cheese burger. Yum
Usually comes here after work and sometimes the food gets delayed but the service is great. Came here 3 weeks ago and while I was about to order I saw the guy talking to some elderly couple. His service is pretty good just feel bad when it gets busy the food gets delayed and then you all get a bad review. Will definitely pop in again.
I like the up sell to two 6 price mcnuggets , but really 3 flakes as well !!! Dip those into your sauce !
Ordering machine had no paper and was just told by staff they have been broken for 1.5 years. No way of knowing what the order number was! Very poor MacDonalds Also get home and find out that they didn’t include the 6 pack chicken nuggets - one disappointed child. Would never go back to the Rangiora MacDonalds
I dunno wether the manager was having a bad day or wether she is just how she treated us but she nearly took my head out with the food tray table delivery. And then the food was cold, toppings in burgers were poorly done. My freinds dad went to ask the manager wether it should have a mat peice of paper thingy the tray was dirty and had our food on it and when he asked the manager replied "huh what did u say"" grunted" so he repeated it to her she replied " I don't know what your talking about" so he walked away and the lady rolled her eyes at him. So unfortunately if she carries on the place is gonna loose business and go bust. Cause I probably won't be returning...
Staff are very friendly. Go occasionally and haven't gotten a wrong order or missing items yet, but wait times can be long. Overall one of the better maccas in nz.
Standard issue Maccas really. Had interesting sports memorabilia on the wall, and a play area for kids. Would benefit from someone clearing tables and giving them a bit of a clean too
Usually really good, but their quality control is slipping. I don't care about long wait times as long as my food is prepared properly. A almost cold quarter pounder with one piece of onion in it is gross. Not to mention when I tried the mozzarella burger they gave me chicken instead of beef. I hate chicken patties out of the 3 big chain takeaways in Rangiora you guys are still the best by far but givin your competitor's are so far below acceptable, it's not much of a achievement.
A clean and well presented McDonalds. Located in an easy to access place on the south side of Rangiora they have a good drive through. What I like about this is that the drive through is open all day and night later in the week. Rangiora goes to sleep late at night with little or no night life. So all the credit goes to this McDonalds for staying open via the drive through. Do check their website for the hours that they are open.
Maybe school hollidays made average crispy chicken burgers and stale chips. Ice cream sundae was really good and soda not watery. Even grandkidsFood: 3/5
