BUYER BEWARE! CHECK YOUR ORDER! Keep your receipts!!!nnBought two large fries, through the drive through, checked it when I arrived home, both were half full!!!nnIn the past I've added extras onto the burgers like an extra patty, or cheese, and they forget to add it in. I now always check that the order is correct. I didn't think I'd be cheated on fries, so never thought to check!!
I came here after a hockey game wanting a nice hot meal to have. The ordering machine didn’t print a receipt, wait time was ages and when I got my food the fries were tipped upside down and spilling. They also forgot straws for my drinks.
Maccas Princess Street, you’ve outdone yourselves with this $8.30 chicken muffin disaster! The bread looks like it’s been sat on by a sumo wrestler: soggy, deformed, and an absolute insult to carbs everywhere. The cheese? A melted mess. For that price, I expected a meal, not a slap in the face with a damp napkin. Disgraceful food, full stop. Avoid this dump!
Order was taken promptly once reached speaker.nStaff member gave a takeaway bag to another staff member waiting at the drive through pick up window saying what order was in the bag my multi order, after 5 minutes of waiting the Staff remember came back to tell the staff member waiting at the window to give the bag to me. The staff member gave me.the bag apologizing. The food was fresh but put together very sloppily. It tasted good.
