The 2 usual cleaners didn't seem to be working on Sun 21 Apr 2024. But at least other staff could clear the tables & empty the rubbish bins. Customers like me had to leave our rubbish on the tables. it might be a busy time between 12.30 & 1 pm but no excuse as it spoilt an otherwise nice meal.
The food is amazing, The bins are clean this time. Just the floor that's just a little dirty, love the staff, food was pretty slow, but it's nice.
I recently visited this establishment and the workers there are phenomenal. They treated you with so much passion. There was this one blonde girl who was working there on Friday at about 6pm. She was such a delight to deal with. She treated me with so much respect and was so helpful when I had many questions regarding the menu. As a vegan it was important to me to make sure my food wasn’t contaminated with animal products. And grace understood this request with so much respect and dignity. I will definitely be coming back.
My partner and I went into macdonalds this morning. We ordered normal burger meals, which were fine. But both the lemonades were warm and had no ice. We also both got hotcakes which got delivered to our table with no maple syrup. When I asked for maple syrup I was told that there was none. I asked for a refund because who orders hotcakes without maple syrup, so they gave me one dollar for the maple syrup back...There was also no coffee..nAbsolutely no communication. We paid for a meal that was missing the best thing and then didn't get refunded for that meal. The drinks were warm and there was no coffee. Workers seemed like helmets.
Store was busy so orders took a while which is understandable, once I received my order I saw the sundae was only really a half one, was so disappointed by this.
