Jim Beam burger is top tier! Chilli Cheese Crisscuts are also pretty yum. The service was good and they delivered it to our table within a couple of minutes.nnThe place was also pretty clean. No Lift at the drink station though. All in all.. pretty bloody good! Way better than any other 'fast food' burger joint
Mint and lime spritza absolute winner for me. First time in here for me I only have maccys to compare it to fast food chain so not getting more than a 3 from me as it can't match fine cuisine but convenient fresh and tasty gets top points, the chips are chunky not thin fries, the burger rolls are firmer and bigger and hold the burgers well, the salad is chunky in the burgers and easier to eat as it doesn't all fall out like if it was shredded, I had the fish burger but was too hungry to take a pic, bit disappointed as it's just a flat fish patty same as maccys, but without the tartare sauce although maybe that's a UK thing and I'm in New Zealand right now. Loaded fries were a winner and spicy burgers if you like them great menu, stressed staff not very welcoming environment but you can't pick your customers . Hope they have a better day today.
OMG the best american burger joint in palmerston north! Juicy fresh burgers and beautifully seasoned hot fries! My coke was fizzing and my sons milkshake was just over the top! Cant fault these guys ever! I think it was an Olivia and a Quinton that dealt with me and my family, great team, great people! Went the extra mile. Will be back regularly.
Really disappointed, worst service I have ever received I went through the drive through at 1:10pm on Sunday 9th August and ordered lunch. We were told to park to wait for the food as it was busy fair enough… after waiting 30 minutes I returned to the store and was told that they gave our food to the wrong car and told us it would be another 20 minute wait for our order…. No apology, no offer of a refund. This will be the last time we go to Carls Jnr and I encourage others to avoid them!!!
Service could be a lot better and they are rather slow. Last time I was in here they served me and my 10 yr old son we ordered 2 large burger combos nothing more and after us they served 2 different couples not together but even though we ordered 1st we received our meals last an not just last a good 5 to 10 mins after the 1st couple to receive their food had left so I dont think I'll be going here again. Its rather expensive for 2 combos also which isn't great either. Thee indian girl I asked how much longer it would be actually played like she didn't understand English which was laughable considering she looked all of 17‍
