Higher price point than competitors' for similar quality fast food. The dining area needed more attention to details with cleaning. However, this is arguably normal for this style of fast food place. The quality of food has degraded since first opening in Palmerston north. Drive thru available, plenty of parking, limited seated areas inside. Drink refill station available with free refills.
Horrible customer service. The server needs a refresher training course on how to serve their customer - she literally dropped our tray on the table right in front of our face. The food was okay but the atmosphere of the place is a little too cold for our liking.
Marvelous burgers! Forget McDonald's, forget Burger King. This is the place for you! You can get any type of burger here. Even the chips are great! They also give you little holders so the burger doesn't go anywhere except in your mouth! The atmosphere is bright and happy, and the staff are all happy to get you anything you want. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a good experience!
I had a disappointing experience at the Carl’s Jr. in Palmerston North. The Coke didn't taste right; it seemed like a mix of mostly water, with only about 5% actual Coke. The hamburger was dry and not very enjoyable. The chips were decent—fine, but nothing special. On the positive side, the food arrived quickly, and the restaurant was clean and modern. However, at the end of the day, the quality of the food is what really matters!
Love the food. The taste and texture were superior than the other fastfood chain. The bun were soft. The patty, lettuce, tomato, and the sauce blended very well. The handcut style fries seasoned well. The facilities were also clean and lots of parking. They also have drive-thru.
