I don’t understand why Australia, a rich developed nation has one of the worst toilets in a fast food place I’ve encountered. Why don’t you guys clean your toilets? If it’s below you why not a group of companies around the vicinity band together and share the cost of cleaners that come to your establishment and clean and move on to the next company. A group of 10 companies sharing the cost of a cleaner that comes in twice a day everyday. Is that so difficult? It’s horrifying.

I'm tired of almost getting hit by cars going in and out of here like it's the formula One or grand prix. Don't bother going there after 11:00 pm . Takes a half hour to get a quarter pounder. I don't know why I go to this one but it's my local one. No matter which one I go to people with disabilities should feel safe. Or are we too fixed on self service vending machines only because 10$ a hour for their employees is too much to pay. Yet they are expensive and not good quality

This was my first time using a McDonald’s drive-through, and unfortunately it was a very poor experience.nnAt around 3:00 am on 29/01/2026, I visited the drive-through. After placing my order, I drove to the first window but could not see any staff there, so I assumed payment was at the second window. I slowly drove forward, but again there was no one present. I then reversed my car back to the first window, where the staff member a short female staff appeared.nnI politely explained that there was no one visible at the first window earlier. However, the staff member looked at me in a very uncomfortable and dismissive way without saying anything, which made me feel unwelcome.nnWhen I proceeded to pay using Apple Pay, she hurriedly said “tap here” in an abrupt manner, even though there was only one car behind me and no rush. The overall attitude felt rude and unnecessary.nnI did not expect this kind of behaviour, especially during a simple drive-through transaction. This experience was disappointing and not what I would expect from McDonald’s customer service.

Very disappointing. I placed an order through the app using drive-through to avoid waiting because I wanted to eat in the comfort of my home. However, when I arrived, they didn’t have my order ready and made me wait in the waiting zone anyway.nnI also paid extra for additional beef patties — surprise, they were missing. The fries were undercooked, and the chicken wings were old and cold.nnEasily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had.

Service was okay, but food quality was horrendous. Heard them say a cooks name will. Wills burgers are cold with too much tomato sauce and when I asked for it to be remade he added next to none. Zero consistency. Only person I saw working well was name Luka guy looks like a hard worker.
