I had the pleasure of visiting McDonald’s recently, and I must say, the experience was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional management of harry. The restaurant was the cleanest I have ever seen, with every detail clearly attended to. Harry ensuredthe highest standards are maintained even made sure they get my order correct by going in kitchen.nnNot only was the cleanliness above satisfactory, but Harry was also friendly, efficient, and seemed motivated with excellent leadership. It’s clear that harry is not just a manager but someone who genuinely cares about delivering the best possible experience for customers and creating a positive work environment.nnThis McDonald’s staff were all well trained and the most professional I’ve ever seen.nnWell done

The McDonald’s I visited recently left much to be desired. Despite being a busy establishment with staff constantly on the move, the level of service fell short. On two separate occasions, my coffee order was incorrect, as the staff failed to add the requested sugar. At the price point McDonald’s charges, one would reasonably expect attention to such details.nnThe drive-thru experience was equally frustrating. Staff appeared to operate in “panic mode,” more concerned with avoiding red timers than ensuring smooth service. Customers were urged to move forward hastily, even when the path was blocked by other vehicles. This created unnecessary confusion and stress for everyone involved.nnInside, the service was slow, with long wait times at the front counter. The cleanliness of the restaurant was another major issue. The toilets were not well-maintained, and many tables were left uncleaned, leaving customers searching for a sanitary place to sit. Doors and windows were noticeably filthy, further contributing to the poor overall impression of the establishment.nnGiven McDonald’s reputation as a global fast-food leader, these standards are disappointing. Customers deserve a clean, efficient, and pleasant dining experience, particularly when paying premium prices compared to competitors. This location clearly needs to improve its operational management, prioritize cleanliness, and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly to meet the expectations of its loyal patrons.

I ordered from Uber Eats, but this is no excuse for providing such a small amount of ice cream. Many times, the portion size here has been very small, often hollow in the middle, and completely lacking shape. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately you guys don’t have chocolate flavour soft serve most of the time, and vanilla soft serve is not being severe properly!nnI asked to give me a new one and she said the machine is not working!nIs the machine problem or the staff problem??nnIf there was another McDonald’s around here it would have been nice I would go there. But you are ruining MC DONALDS name!nn1. There won’t be chocolate flavour icecream.n2. The staff can’t make the ice cream properly??n3. Why can’t you keep your icecream machine working in summer? At the busy period, the manager the guy in the shirt was just giggling with most of other teenager workers at the counter instead of doing anything productive. I guess it makes sense why it takes so long to get your soft serve—they’re too focused on talking about funny stories.
