Coming here early morning 06:00, chairs all on tables, place is a mess, food and rubbish on floor, staff mopping and cleaning which was clearly from last night's work load.nReally disgusting to walk into a fresh day, walking into a mess and a restaurant that clearly isn't ready for customers!nWhile I was waiting to be served there was a staff member who was chatting to an uber delivery guy at counter and got one of the cooks to also talk to him while I was waiting to order. Really below standard here, disappointing.nGurpreet and kitchen staff very rude!nnCame in again used the my Mecca's app,nGirl serving was beyond rude, shouldn't be working in customer service, was attended to by the 'manager' who was clearly unable to handle to information and neither were able to handle the volume of customers!nnGets worse, by the minute!nDoesn't matter if you eat in, use the app, or go through drive thru.nThey didn't even add the toys for our happy meals!

Always speedy service here. Today however they made a mistake and I got the wrong cheeseburger. In returning through the drive thru again though, they speedily replaced my double cheeseburger. Appreciate the swift service and great attitude of the staff, thank you!

Last night I had the worst food from this McDonald's,  all the food was cold in particular the fries, my double quarter pounder was missing one patty and some the other ingredients, they won't be getting a cent from me again.nIf it was any other restaurant they'd be empty or out of business, i don't what it is that keeps people coming back because it's not exactly cheap anymore and the food quality is poor.nWish I could give zero stars

I ordered in store via the app, which while faster, means I don't really get service to be able to give stars to. Area in the dine in looked like they'd filmed the third instalment to 28 days later as the bin had not been finished being changed so stuff was everywhere and the worker was missing, feared bitten.

Just another maccas, you cant have high expectations. Its not too bad compared to some, mostly tidy and well kept, staff happy to help, considering how low the pay is, how enthusiastic can you expect them to be.
