Sensational! I'm a big lover of Hungry Jacks and I've been here 3 times and each time has blown me away. They look and taste like the adds. Well done guys. Keep up the great work.
Absolutely disgraceful. They just wrapped up the bun and calls it a burger. The chips and nuggets were stone cold. I was missing my sweet and source as well. It’s not done accidentally but definitely on purpose by the employees. Garbage restaurant never buy, as they will always miss something. Worst hungry jack I have ever ordered
Sat and waited at driveway speakers for them to then serve, saw someone else pull in into the other lane, order and drive off.....still waiting until I said hellllooooo. I ordered, they repeated back the order. By the time I got to the window they said repeated the same order but spicy. I said, no and that they had repeated the order back to me. They yelled at the other staff saying not spicy. She then turned to me and started talking about pickles and burger only..... I asked what she met and was told I'm not talking to you. Threw me a bag. At home now and we were given spicy anyway. Waste of money and unbelievably terrible service.
Fresh, tasty meal, however the dining area was filthy. All tables were covered in grease, grime and spilled food food from previous diners. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. The floor was unswept, with fries and spilt food & litter everywhere. I wouldn't go back again.
Service lead times are way too slow during peak hours around 6-7pm. Wait times up to 15 minutes. I suspect the shop needs more staff as I can see lots of customers waiting inside and from the drive thru parked in waiting bays. Thought this was a fast food chain, come on
