Absolutely disgraceful. They just wrapped up the bun and calls it a burger. The chips and nuggets were stone cold. I was missing my sweet and source as well. It’s not done accidentally but definitely on purpose by the employees. Garbage restaurant never buy, as they will always miss something. Worst hungry jack I have ever ordered
This is the worst hungry jacks ever been to. I have ordered a chicken parmi burger with no bacon and this is what I got. They missed one item from my order for which I have to come back again through drive thru where Uber eats guy waits for 10 mins to pick up uber eats orders blocking all other customer cars. I tried the new ice cream called the “cosmic storm”, for the first time, it’s good but expect the girl or boy idk, but to much of these sparkling lollies. If the person puts a lil bit then I’ll like it! But so far it’s ok…
i specifically asked for no mayo and no cheese on a burger, they repeated this back to me and still messed it up :/ now i’ve spent $17 on a meal that i can’t eatnnim trying to be understanding, but some of the girls at the drive through clearly weren’t paying attention to orders and just talking to each other about unrelated thingsnnthe food was very poorly presented and the chips weren’t in the container and just all over the bottom of the bag, the burger itself was messy, and there was no straws.nni normally don’t write bad reviews but this stood out to me, there needs to be more training on taking allergies/intolerances seriously. if i didn’t check the food before i ate it even being assured that my order is correct i probably would’ve gotten sick.nnonly rating 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service gave me a refund when i called back
So I always get burgers no Mayo. I'm sick of how they make the burgers as they don't change gloves they end up putting Mayo on the top or all over the tomato's and other stuff inside then put it on my burgers without it. Example today.nnAdd in the literally crunchy as so crunchy i can't actually eat them as it's like glass shards in your mouth. Redic.
