Went to get breakfast through drive through. Issues with app payment, then missing muffin in our order which lead to even longer wait times.nnDrove off after receiving missing muffin and started eating the muffins to find the pattys were RAW inside! I felt so sick after taking a small bite and my son didnt notice and ate half of his burger- hopefully he will be ok… We had to drive all the way back, did get a full refund but wont be coming back to this store. They said they will investigate…won’t be back to find out if there’s improvements.
Only maccas I have seen in Australia that is so dirty. Paper bags and straw cover littered everywhere on floor. Men’s bathroom filthy. Its probably be due to both customers littering and cleaning staff not cleaning. Both are bad and need to be kept in check.
This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Absolutely disgusting with the guys working at the counter not even caring. Drug addicts walking around like it's nothing, food on the floor, trash everywhere... Absolutely disgusting.
This place needs pest control. Disgusting place, dirty tables, cockroaches dead and alive everywhere and even trying to get on shoes and legs. Pathetic management. There were more than enough staff members but no one wanted to clean the tables, floor or washrooms. The standards of this meccas so so below and is nothing compared to other meccas here. The management needs to atleast have basic hygiene. I wonder how their cooking space is. The food was below average as well. I asked for toasted sourdough and was given a warm one which wasnt even toasted just warmed up. If you value your money, time and care about hygiene. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
Filthy rundown & despite numerous crew members stuffing around & mucking about rubbish & food waste all over tables seats floors etc & full to overflowing bins the only plus is my order is usually prepared quickly & I’ve always had a correct presentable order
