I ordered 4 storm oreo ice cream with 2 extra oreos in all of them. All the ice cream were even barely full it looked like I ordered a medium ice cream that were put into large containers but it was all right for me. The thing that I hate is 2 of the ice creams barely have oreos it’s like I ordered plain ice cream. This is ridiculous. I am never buying here again.
I ordered a hunger tamers meal and extras through door dash. I waited 35 minutes for my order to arrive only to receive the two burgers that come with the box. How do they let it leave the shop in the first? I tried calling and got no answer, twice. I drive myself there and explain what happened and waited another 20 minutes and ask them to make everything fresh. Finally as they hand me my order i double check and thankfully i did because they forgot my onion rings! only to wait another few minutes! Not once did i receive a SORRY!!! Seriously Hungry Jacks, do better. Train your staff to have some compassion in themselves and respect for their customers. I bet this happens way too often and it isn’t the first time i have had stuff missing from my orders.
Shocked at how bad the food and service here was today. Ordered drive through breakfast wraps and toasties. Wraps noticeable had half the ingredients they were supposed to, so we went inside to have them replaced. When we got home, again, the wraps had half a hash brown, a slither of bacon and looked like they had been literally thrown together. The toasties were not even toasted, kinda the point guys. Discussing. Offered a replacement over the phone, but only will be going back for a full refund, you can keep the terrible food.
09/01/25 went through the drive through at 6.30am. Sat there for 5 minutes with no one responding on the intercom. Drove up to the window and knocked, again nothing. Parked and went in and ordered on the kiosk. Another man walks in and is standing at the counter saying hello for a few minutes before anyone comes and serves him. Not here if they just didn’t roster anyone on or if they fell asleep. What should’ve been 2/3 minutes turned into 15
Worst hungry jacks I’ve ever been to. Also, I ordered small meal where I literally counted that I got 7-8 fries only! And definitely they weren’t fresh. There was a girl telling she was the manager shift supervisor was unhelpful as well. She started asking do you want me to make it again for you? It’s not good manner. I didn’t want food again. Rather I preferred gentle apologies. I prefer hungry jacks than McDonald’s usually, but not for this store. My first and last visit here tbh. Apologies
