Terrible service, food and food handling! We ordered chips. Friend got hers served right away. Chips were cold and rubbery. She returned them. Staff put them back in the chip warmer. We watched what happened... Someone in the drive through got them a few minutes later!! I recieved mine. Again...same batch, cold and rubbery. Returned the chips. She went to put them in the warmer again! Told her they need to be thrown out, not given to someone else. She did, reluctantly. Fresh hot chips were better.

Friendly and helpful staff.. I forgot to order the happy meal but they were happy to add it at the window. Can be busy to get out of.

Can you guys educate other maccas in how to do this. I mean seriously... Chips so fresh and tasty... the meat, reminds me of old days maccas when it was on fire. Im drooling over this maccas but other maccas are very forgettable. Im driving all the way to noble park from carrum downs if u guys keep making the food this way. So much yum... so much epic. I applaude your awesomeness. Cheers.

Its a good place and has a good play area for little kids. Has ample parking with good wheel chair access
