I got my order from uber eats, I ordered a chocolate shake and I got a vanilla one as well as a kids happy meal with a toy and never recieved the toy. Food is ok most of the time a bit cold but that's not their fault. Just a bit more consideration and carefulness on orders would be better. Also I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and there was no sauce or cheese in it as well as the chips very disappointing.
They have food just sitting in the middle and just going cold and serving cold and food what been there for who knows how long I'll really reckon food safety needs to go there and check as I am a part manager and I can see heaps of safety concerns I'll be making a report to food safe for the night shift team becouse they shouldn't be allowed to do this and leave food to go off and cold then serving yuck disgusting
My husband ordered an Angus burger... it came to us cold. He took it back and they gave him one from another order . I got a quarter pounder and as you can see I got 2 tiny bits of lettuce that were brown. Also seeing all the chips on the floor behind the counter. When we came in there was a drink spilt outside at the door. When we left...it was still there. So disappointed
It was an empty Saturday night but the dining area was really dirty. A lot of staff standing around chatting. Service was a little slow but the food was good.
Worst McDonald's experience ever, nearly half of the items on the order were missing. Didn't receive any sauce even though I paid for it. The fries were completely cold and one burger was missing. Unbelievable, will not be back and will share this bad experience with friends
