Thursday 11 July 13:30pm. After placing my order at the first point then driving to the service window. The young lady told me it was $8.95. For the large chips and small popcorn chicken. Why? I asked. It’s the chips $2. No she responded. Ok then I’ll change it to a go bucket. The other worker behind her. Throws the chips back in the tray angrily. She said that’s $4:95. About to give her the $5 note. And in a rude voice. We don’t take money here.!!! Why not I asked. We just don’t. Cards Only That’s all I have. We don’t! in a loud angry voice. So I used my card. The point is. If she wasn’t rude to me. I would have said that fine. And went on my merry way. It’s her attitude. I will definitely not coming back to that store again. No wonder there’s hardly any customers inside.
My today’s KFC experience with 10 Wicked Wings left me disappointed as the flavor fell short of expectations. The heavy powder coating didn't adhere well, and receiving only 9 wings instead of 10 added to the letdown. You need someone who can count number and can cook just Okay.

Used to love getting food here until yesterday when I got a zinger box which includes 2pieces hot and crisp. I have got this offer from other places and they give a decent size potion but the chicken pieces they gave this time are smaller than nugget pieces.Looks like it came out of the other end of a chicken.Burger was okay but for $15 not worth it. Staff needs to stop rationing !
I ordered 10 wings from the app and went through the drive-thru. They told me it would be just a 5-minute wait and asked me to park in the parking bay. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked about my food and was told it would be another 10 minutes. In total, I spent 50 minutes waiting to get my food. This place is terrible, and I would never recommend it. During my wait, I witnessed two other complaints: one customer received cold food and got a refund, and another received the wrong order. The staff is terrible, and no one takes responsibility.
