Disgusting & hopeless. I was just there. After having to ask them to turn the lights on so I can see the drive-through menu. After waiting ages, I was not given my fries. Since I ordered gravy with the fries, I can throw the gravy away. The burgers look like they've been eaten once before. Earlier in the week they had no gravy. Absolutely disgraceful. Horrid place. Food & service appalling.

Food is not fresh, and not impressed with customer service. Usually go through drive thru - staff took the wrong order, didn't give a receipt as requested and chicken was hard (overcooked). Will only go to this KFC if I am desperate and racing against time.

Im really sorry to say but kids are running this place and very poorly. They run out of chips all the time even in the middle of the day. Waiting time is appalling. Unfortunately i have nothing nice to say.
