The staff were great. But the place was not very clean so hence why only 4 stars. The food was quick and manager did not hesitate to step up and help me when I asked. It's a shame that the children's playground doesn't have an indoor option or inside kids play area for cold or rainy days as we had to sit in the cold because our toddler really wanted to play in the playground. They definitely have the space for it. They are a very spacious McDonald's. The food was great and chips very hot and fresh.

Such a boring place. McDonald's is supposed to be a place where whole family can spend some quality time together. But you come home after work, take your kids there and find out that kids are is locked at 7pm. What's the use of keeping it open for 24hrs. Obviously, playing kids don't pay any money. On the other hand, it doesn't even feel like you are sitting in McDonald's. The interior is like a roadside Cafe designed by an amateur architect. The place always seems to be untidy. This one has lowered my perception about the company standards.

good service and ofcourc speed... great baristas from experience so far and newly updated restaurant interior mkes for good fastfood stop. food level good for most part excusing busy hour at 2.30/3.30am on weekends if ur about at tht hour... limited parking space but that sums up nelson city in general.

Like the number of ordering screens. Atmosphere wasn't too bad either considering its just McDs.
