I understand it's a Monday night, who wants to be working late Monday night... not many people. But it also ain't that hard to add the pickles, sauce and onions to burgers that are supposed to have them.nAppreciate y'all are working late nights, but please remember to actually make the burgers and food correctly.
Whenever we want a quick Maccas fix in Whanganui, I always preferred this location because it feels quiet and more parking space.nI gave 4/5 stars on food because one time I ordered Iced Mocha and Hot Mocha there but they always forgot the decaf plus when the Hot Mocha was served, it was not stirred properly and all the choco powder is clump on the bottom of the cup. I also notice they are not consistent on taste. But the food is consistently okay and complete.nService is enough and everyone is working hard, they are still friendly even they are busy. Atmosphere is less people which is good.

My big Mac didn't taste like a big Mac and it didn't have all of the ingredients, there was no sauce on the big mac so it was dry and hard to eat. The food took a long time to cook about 20 to 30 minutes and I when there being it should be fast food not slow food. And there was no napkins in the bag.
Stools and tables are dirty. Very slow services. They are doing a lot of park ups in the drivethew. Must be to keep times down. Burger ok warm. Chips hot
