Very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s Liffiton Street, Whanganui.nI waited over 10 minutes after my order was ready and sitting at the back counter. I tried to get staff attention but was ignored.nWhen the manager finally came over, she was extremely rude, used bad language, and said she “didn’t care.”nThis has now happened to me twice with the same staff member. Completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this store.
Place was filthy, rubbish all over the ground and bins over flowing. Tables were filthy with rubbish and food under them. Staff just stared at us and walked by without acknowledging we existed while we were waiting to pay. They seemed more interested in joking around with each other than doing their jobs with any sort of purpose. DONT USE THIS McDONALDS use the one on Victoria ave.
don’t usually have McDonald. But thought I’d treat myself to a Hot Honey chicken burgernDrove an hour home to find nothing but a normal mcspicy no honey no normal mcspicy sauce n a ration of grated lettucennWon’t be going here again that’s for sure
Worst McDonald’s experience ever.**nI ordered a Big Mac and added a chicken portion. They completely missed it – clearly no one checks the orders when making the burgers. When I went back to the store, the guy with glasses looked like the manager, Indian guy refused to remake my order and instead tried to blame *me* for not bringing the burger back. Absolutely ridiculous.nnDisgusting attitude, zero customer service, no manners, no professionalism at all. I don’t understand how someone like that even got the position. If this is the standard of staff they hire, it’s no wonder mistakes happen all the time. Avoid this McDonald’s – they don’t respect customers, they don’t admit their mistakes, and they clearly don’t care about service.
