The food was very oily dripping. We ordered x2 double cheese burgers, one being with extra sauce because usually it’s very dry and exactly as we thought the other one was VERY dry. But the one we got extra sauce with was drenched. photo was taken after already removing the mountain of ketchup that was on top. Thew it out as it got really soggy. Explains why only one of our cheese burgers were wrapped and one got pretty much thrown into a box.
Waited ages for our order of two hot chocolates, one small and one large. I politely asked the young girl behind the counter how would I know they were ready. Her reply was a snappy “I’ve already done them!” Our order was #120 at about 11.00am. At that point she prepared , three scoops of dry mix into each cup, heated by milk in and the briefest of stirs. Handed to me dismissively, no eye contact. Took them out to the car straightaway. They were warm. At the bottom of my cup there was a sludge of unused mix, at the bottom of Judy’s cup there was a quantity of dry mix.nWe choose to stop our trip at yours because historically we have always rated your hot chocolates highlynThe experience was unsatisfactory . Please don’t sanction the girl, train her.
Walked in, got serviced, and left. 2pm on a Sunday and got served by the only girl in the restaurant. There are three other staff attending to drive through. A smile and greeting would have been nice. Ordered coffee only...
Dropped by on our drive from Wellington to Auckland and looks like we beat the lunch crowd, got in our orders, got a table, then our food and then the crowd poured in. Service was pretty fast, food was good. Parking’s tight, but there’s a big lot in the grocery store on the north side.
Quarter Pounder is Ok, Highly Recommended
