If i could give less i would. We are from wellinton and are in Levin for a church even so dropped in to get some breakfast. What a sight towalk into. There were trays of finished fo on the coun above the bins, rubbish on the seats, bench & tables. When we made our order via the kiosk we could see and hear staff laughing and joking around in the front of the store. We received our order via table service. I approached the counter as we had a drink missing, the man wearing a grey shirt did not apologise let alone make eye contact, he swiftly grabbed the drink and placed in on the counter. I went back to the counter 15min later and asked for a small bag, no acknowledgment of a customer standing at the counter. I had to speak up and ask for a bag.
After a big long day we just wanted to grab some quick food, service was slow food was below 0nThere was no love and attention.nI had rotten lettuce put in my burger and my husband didn't get any and we had the same thing!nThe coke was warm everything was discussing.nWhen you work hard and get service and food like that it makes you wonder why McDonald's charges so much..... They have nothing to be proud of in this store in Levin!!!
They never seem to put onions on the burgers…I have been there countless times and have asked for extra onions and both my partner and I get none ???nnOn one seperate occasion we ordered our burgers and the cheese had been torn into multiple pieces to make it look like it had more…nnNext time I’m taking photos.
Their soft drink machine is not working correctly and hasn't been for quite some time. Soft drinks come out under carbonated and seem flat. I'm surprised that coke-cola europacific haven't made them fix their mixer. It's just the Levin McDonald's soft drinks that are bad. Both coke zero and Fanta showed this problem on multiple visits. Others were not tried but assume this would affect all of them.
I often go there about 7 in the morning as I have a special needs son who loves mcDs. Almost every time I've been there I get cold stale chips. Half the time they are without salt. Actually don't get chips now . This morning we went there. Their chips were lukewarm to cold. I heard crunching coming from my daughter's mouth. She had a large piece of eggshell in with her NYC Benedict bagel. She also asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. The young girl who took the order through drive thru was so sour. My special needs son who loves going there is going to be so upset because we are no longer going to that place. The food is tasteless and disgusting.
