I stopped into KFC Levin at lunchtime today. It was quite busy, but the service was great. A lovely young lady took my order and was very kind and patient, as I couldn’t see the menu. She read out a few recommendations for me, which was such a help. I ordered the Snack Lunch and the food was hot, the chips were nice and fresh, and everything was well presented. Very pleased with the experience, and I’d happily recommend it.
Very disappointed. We got two quarter packs. No paper in the box to absorb. No serviettes, no spoons. The lid had come off my potato and gravy and was all over my chicken. Our chips were soggy. One box had a wing and a leg. Not good enough for the price. Supposed to be a treat. Service very blunt and unfriendly. Won't be going there again. You should be doing better than this Levin KFC!
So I went to kfc Levin last night I ordered a large wicked box with 3 extra wings which was fine until they gave me my order I left went home opened up my meant to be wicked box Only to there were no wings instead of wings I found 3 original pieces of chicken and that's not what I asked for I am absolutely disappointed I pay for something I should get what I paid for
I don't treat myself to KFC very often the prices are crazy but yesterday I stopped in levin KFC to treat myself and flatmate only to get home and find out the food was the worst I have ever had in my 50 plus years. The chips were soggy you could see different batches because the colors were different there was no seasoning, the chicken was tough I order zinger the batter was very thin and mushy without any flavour. 2 meals cost 39.20 a total waste of hard earned money. However the staff were friendly. It sad having to post this. Never again...
It's a good KFC. The staff were helpful, and my order was filled very quickly. They even asked me 'if the music was too loud'.
