Hands down the best McDonald’s I have been to. Went thru Drive Thru, I wasn’t rushed when I ordered my food and my order was repeated back to me, I asked for my food to be made fresh and it’s exactly what I got. I had to wait which is what I expect if I want it fresh to order, even when I paid the young lady was super lovely. McDonald’s in Craigieburn North that worked 08/03 around 10.30pm need to take some notes from Sunbury at this point learn some manners, learn how to cook food fresh to order. Thanks Sunbury for the best experience!
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment, which was unacceptable from both a customer service and operational standpoint.nnI was meant to be charged $35, however $70 was taken from me $35 was deducted from my bank account and an additional $35 was taken in cash. When I returned to address this clear error, instead of receiving an apology, I was spoken to rudely by a manager. I was then accused of being disrespectful to staff, which is completely untrue. Any conversation that took place was between my children speaking to each other, not to your employees.nnThis interaction was extremely unprofessional and, frankly, inappropriate. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect especially when I am not at fault for a mistake made by your staff.nnTo make matters worse, when the refund was finally processed, I was handed $25 instead of the correct $35. When I pointed out this discrepancy, the manager abruptly snatched the money out of my hand, showing a complete lack of respect and basic customer courtesy.nnBetween the incorrect charges, the poor-quality food, and the unacceptable behaviour displayed by management, this experience was extremely disappointing. It was not my responsibility to correct an employee’s mistake, nor should I have been treated so poorly while attempting to resolve it.nnI expect this matter to be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately, as this level of service does not meet reasonable customer standards.
Ordering through the self serve kiosk is easy. The service was very poor. Around 30 minutes for the food. I had the coffee within minutes. But the food order was so slow. I thought maybe it was because of drive thru but that service was going slow too. There may have been a valid reason, but communicatio with the customer should occur.
The worst maccas I've ever been at, every single time I have gone they always rush the food and the managers always yell at their staff like they have committed a murder. The chips are NEVER cooked, they taste and look like they have just been dipped in the oil of the deepfryer, always cold, the nuggets always stale and the burgers are never assembled properly, my burgers are never completely in the box or wrapper, a disgrace of a maccas. Just save your time and go to rosenthal. It's much cleaner there and everyone is nicer.
Had a $100 order, but the server/staff forgot? to give us. Kiosk order but no receipt printed due to no paper. Was waiting for almost 15-20 mins...nHad to remind them, and spend another 5 mins convincing them about my order.nAnd nother 5 mins to wait for the order.....FAST food indeed...
