Had a $100 order, but the server/staff forgot? to give us. Kiosk order but no receipt printed due to no paper. Was waiting for almost 15-20 mins...nHad to remind them, and spend another 5 mins convincing them about my order.nAnd nother 5 mins to wait for the order.....FAST food indeed...
The custard pies are yummy. My daughter doesn’t like them, but I love them! If you think they’ll be your thing, they will be! Try them!! Almost all McDonald’s staff are always very patient, efficient and friendly. Good job young people! And I really like the garden, which probably never gets a mention in reviews. So well done to whoever looks after that too. I’m lovin’ it!!!
I'm not one to normally post reviews but I just couldn't let this one go. I ordered a big mac meal, got home and opened the burger to find that the patty was torn apart. I didn't pay $15 for the main part of my meal to look like it had fallen on the floor. I don't work in the food industry but I would assume that any restaraunt or food chain would have set standards??? Safe to say that burger went in the bin. Worst part is there was no reciept given so the only proof of purchase I have is photos of my uneaten lunch. Not impressed.
I'm not a massive fast food fan, but this Maccas generally does the best coffee and pretty good hash browns whenever I come through!nThe banana bread and butter is nice also.nThe lady who usually serves me is always very well spoken and kind and seems to not mind her job - this is always lovely to see!
Terrible service, staff and management seem to busy belittling staff then good customer service in their so called “Family Restaurant”, and then serve cold mashed up items to top it off.nMaybe should spend some more time developing respectful, kind staff and then what you deliver may improve.
