I had a large catering order not so long ago and the staff were fantastic.nThe food was great and the service was right on time.
I recently visited KFC and was quite disappointed with the service. It took about 25 minutes to prepare a simple box meal, and I had to ask multiple times about the delay. The staff seemed unsure of how long it would take and didn’t communicate proactively. On top of that, the chocolate mousse took an additional five minutes, despite the staff not being busy. There was no apology for the wait, which felt quite disrespectful. However, the food itself was good, and that definitely made up for some of the frustration. I just hope they can improve their service in the future.
Had the best KFC I’ve had in a long time at this store tonight, food was great and the service matched, I took note that Immy served me there was another girl who was just as pleasant, they were both very busy and handled themselves with poise. Well done and thank you .
