Ethan from KFC Sunbury provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. Even during busy periods, he stayed calm, efficient, and made sure everything was done properly.
The food was of excellent quality, and the atmosphere was more impressive than at other KFC outlets. But the toilets still needed well maintained.nHowever, the service was not up to par, as tissues were not included with the order, and the information provided about the current promotion was inaccurate.
Absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about delivering great service. The quality of work was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy business—I’ll definitely be back!
Just wanting to leave a review from a delivery drivers perspective, as you can imagine KFC orders come through often, it is like a game of roulette when we arrive and how long their customers order will take to be ready for us to deliver. Multiple times we have given the name for the delivery and then we are told, no problem we will get that ready for you in a few minutes. As you are waiting you see customers come in and make an order then book their order is ready, today I watched 10 orders be made and handed out to people who arrived after me that ordered in store, at the end of the day we are still picking up for their customer who have made the order either through a third party app or the kfc app directly. There has been times I’ve waited 30 minutes plus for an order. We make 5.50-10ish dollars for the delivery itself, we are not paid wait times. Or to deal with their angry customers when we finally receive their order and get marked for a late delivery. Management definitely need to look into what is happening at this store as the other KFC in Sunbury are efficient and fast even with a full drive through.
They are always terribly slow with their service drive through, in house, online orders. Im comparison to other KFC in local and surrounding areas, their food is at a much lower standard as well. It is also rare to receive all items ordered.nI recommend going to another location when possible.
