Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and got a few crumbs of lettuce and no tomato, partner also got a quarter pounder and had no onion. this isn't the first or even second time they mess stuff up and it was 9:30pm not even busy so being rushed isn't an excuse. not taking a gamble on this place anymore ill just go to Jimboomba from now on.
Always have something missing from our meals. Small sized portions. Drinks were very watery and gross tasting, burgers weren’t even put together properly. I am so disappointed in the food we get after spending heaps of money. You haven’t just made me annoyed and upset but you have also upset my kids
I ordered a medium cheeseburger meal. I was 3/4 into my burger and I noticed a black hair in the cheese of my burger, I’m blonde so it’s not my hair. It was absolutely disgusting.nThat’s not the only thing, I was there with my mother and she ordered before me. We saw a bag sitting on the counter, none of us heard anyone call it out and my mum was right there at the counter. There was no number next to the bag like there was with every other order, so my mum asked on of the girls and she just waved my mum off saying it’s coming. It turned out it was my mums order and it had been sitting there for a good 15-20 minutes so my mum asked for it to be remade fresh. And one of the staff was talking to a girl in kitchen saying they called out the number and the customer wasn’t listening so she wanted it remade. Which wasn’t what happened. I found it extremely rude because it wasn’t our fault we even went up and asked about the bag and our order and the girl wasn’t even listening she just waved us off saying it’s coming. Absolutely appalling, would never go back
COMPLETELY UNDERWHELMING EXPERIENCEnWe are not local to this restaurant #0895, we stopped for a rest break snack when traveling through the area. From the moment I stepped into this restaurant my gut was telling me to walk out and drive on - should've listened! It wasn't the cleanest - floors, tables and benchtop counter. There was little engagement in the customer service arena; our McFlurry & Sundae were half filled; Coffee was luke warm at best. Didn't dare visit the bathroom. We left feeling very ripped off - DO BETTER McDONALDS STORE & AREA MANAGERS - check on your stores!
The coffee has become so hit and miss recently. I've resorted to getting an extra shot during day time service just so I can taste the coffee and half the time it's still weak. I get a latte and most of the time it's over half a cup of foam. If it was just a one off ok. But it's almost every single one lately .
