I ordered a wrap and there was hair in my food, for weeks no one responded back to my emails I then called and she hanged up on me multiple times, I then went through drive through to collect my replacement meal and they can’t give me my replacement meal and no apologies regarding A HAIR IN MY MEAL. Disgusting!!!!nAbsolutely the worst McDonald’s don’t bother to waste you’re time or money here I’ve had so many issues my food being stale the chips are so stale it’s like cardboard, I’ve had a fillet o fish from here and it smelt so disgusting it was revolting, No one deserves this type of food experience I’m embarrassed to even have this McDonald’s in the community ..the audacity
Place a order at 830pm and there a burger with a tag on it for 142pm giving burgers that been sitting there all day.. cold and hard.. watch out for this place.. old chips as well.. they giving food thats been sitting around. You will get sick.
This place is a messnJust avoid it if you cannManager also uselessnOrdered a full big breakfast and they forget about my hashbrownnHave to drive back another 5-10 mins and told to waitnHappy to wait but then they keep giving the hashbrown to someone else and have to wait 10 mins again.nnTalk to the manager shane or shay but he just ignore and keep pretending to be busy.nnLast time i bought some nuggets also burnt and it was at night but nothing they do to fix it.nnThey should just close the store and re train the whole teams.
The store was quite busy and quite warm with toilets locked requiring staff to unlock them from behind the counter.nnA few of my group went outside at times to get cool air.nnThe staff did well and I could see and understand they were struggling, there was a lengthy wait for orders with two gents beside me at the counter making fun of it. The food thankfully was quite well done with the burger fairly messy.
Did a drive through and taken so long to order and poor service at the food collection window. Milk shakes was not even top up. Happy meal gift just misleading as they didn’t even know what is on promotion. Order the large fries only to find out it is not even a large fries. Hope your staffs are better train next time.
