VERY BUSY PLACE. WHEN USING THE APP TO ORDER ITS BEST TO GO OUTSIDE FOR BETTER INTERNET CONNECTION & QUICK SERVICE. I TRIED THE NEW COSMIC LARGE MILKSHAKE. EVERY HJ'S DOES IT DIFFERENT. MINE WAS THICK WITH MEDIUM PURPLE WHICH WAS GREAT BUT THEY PUT POPPING CANDY ON BOTTOM SO ITS HARD TO GET TO, SO I ASK FOR ALL OF IT TO BE PLACED ON TOP. DONT GET PAPER STRAW IT RUINS THE SHAKE BRING YOUR OWN SPOON/STRAW. SECOND MILKSHAKE FROM FORRESTFIELD WAS THIN & HEAVY PURPLE.
We have place separate orders over $60. When we got the orders everything was thrown into one bag. When we asked to separate the orders the lady was rude and shove the food bag to us. When we got home we missed a burger and the burgers wasn't what we ordered nor the drinks and the burgers were really badly prepared and cold. If there was a 0 star rating I would have selected it. I don't recommend going there ever.
I ordered whooper around 9:45 pm through apps. Thought the whopper would be warm enough but unfortunately it was not warm enough and even the chips were not up to standard. Please need to improve customer services. Whenever we order in McDonald’s, they always provide fresh and good quality. The hungry jacks quality is very far below other service provider. Not happy. Even if you have many order please make sure to make warm enough. After all everyone wants good food after paying money. Really disappointed
Shocking….are we on lettuce rations again? About 3 shreds of lettuce, no tomato i can see…dry burger and mayo. Onion rings, of only half were edible, dried out and crispy. The other half were nice though. Honestly…you have ONE job to do. It wasn’t even lunchtime.
What a disaster! As seen in the photos, we didn't get what we ordered. Thank goodness we don't have allergies to any of the ingredients. We clearly ordered no mayo, yet they had so much mayo that it was running down our arms. I wanted a Plant Based Whopper, with no mayo, yet received a Beef Whopper dripping with mayo. My mum's Plant Based Whopper was so overcooked, it was almost inedible. To say we are disappointed and feel ripped off would be an understatement. Will we be back? Not in a hurry.
