Seemed understaffed. Long wait, food was cold and no ice in drink cup. Tables all seemed dirty, toilets not good. Unfortunately we prefer fresh cooked hot food at a recently cleaned MacDonald's served quickly with a smile.
Food was hot, but quality control was definitely not! I found a large lettuce butt in my crispy chicken burger.
The place looked like a rubbish tip, every single table was dirty or full of rubbish. The team were too busy chatting behind the counter instead of cleaning up. I had nowhere to sit because every table and most chairs were covered in food or rubbish. It was quite disgusting for a food establishment. As I was sitting another family said ‘can’t sit anywhere inside it’s too dirty.’
Needs an overhaul this place. Fixtures and fittings are tired.nnService was not too good. Staff seemed rushed more than usual. Auto ordering screens were not operational.nn3 stars. Below Par.
Constantly making mistakes, food items incomplete or entirely missing from order.nStaff seem to be completely incapable of accurately reading and completing orders.nnI think this store needs a new manager, and some intensive retraining. Also someone to be constantly checking on performance and quality control.
