Filthy restaurant, 10 teenagers on shift are not interested in cleaning it. Told the staff that there is a load of rubbish on the tables and was just ignored. Food also didn't come with multiple ingredients. Cheeseburger had no onions or pickles. Teen staff tried to tell me that cheeseburgers don't come with onions. The management here need to pull their finger out and actually manage their teenage workforce.
Every time order takes more than an hour and later gets cancelled. They never pickup calls or a lot of times not reachable. I have been left hanging waiting for order for more than an hours and this has happened too many times. Expect a lot from fast food chain but always left me disappointed.nIt should not be opened for 24hours if can’t deliver service late night.
I have Ordered online multiple time they always get my order wrong but this time none of my food was in the bag..... HOW HARD IS IT, I understand mistakes happen but I also work in fast food it's not hard to check the bag before handing them out.
Fish burger was stale, dry, rubbery and old covered in far too much mayonnaise and a very little serving, disgusting and not edible
OMG Food was hot and scrumptious, great after exam treat!! Highly recommended. State of the art facilities and friendly staff! Would give 6 stars if I could !! I didn’t realise heaven was on earth until I came here. Food came in under a minute and i thought i was quick . Great music too !!!!nn
