The staff were fabulous. They had a lot to deal with at 11pm on a Saturday night. The computer / till wasn't responding fast enough and there was no beef patties. Took like 20-30 mins to get thru the drive thrunThink the store needs an update.
The worst coffee I've had in a long time, definitely need the machine cleaned and serviced. Hash brown was in two pieces in the bag. Hollandaise sauce was not in the Turkish, just on the bottom. You need to do better.
Was cut off while trying to order, requested certain things removed because of allergies, we were the only ones in line and were asked to park in a waiting bay which took 10 minutes to receive food. Once food was received we found it cold, the things that were supposed to be removed weren’t and the tomatoes were removed even though we didn’t ask for them to be removed. They forgot the dipping sauce, the burgers were cold and the drinks were 90% filled with ice which meant minimum liquid. Extremely disappointed by both service as-well as food quality. Will be driving out of our way next time to go to a different hungry jacks.
What's this? Supplying smaller buns to make the patty look bigger. Look for the burger in one of the corners in the box. It's there somewhere. Does CFA have financial issues?
Ordered 3 cheeseburger meals and a breakfast wrap meal at the drive thru, were directed to a waiting bay. It took them 30 minutes to get our food order to the car. When 2 others who ordered after us and waited in the bay were served earlier than us, I asked about when we might be served. Got a rude response from the staff member. Other orders just get made by default and can be delivered early. Not even an acknowledgement that we were waiting for along time.nAnother lady next to us went inside to ger her order - she was the first car behind us. After 5 minutes inside she came out with her food.nThis is not the first time we had to wait for extended time. But this one is the topping of any cake.nIt's supposed to be fast food, not wait long for food. 30 minutes is unacceptable! I will not return to this hungry craps joint!
