Burgers were dry, and you could tell there was no effort in making them. They definitely aren’t caring how they make your burgers! Very slapped together.

Slow and poor. Coffee was super hot. But most disappointed in the medium fries - a total of 21 in the box! And had to wait ages for them only ordered fries and coffee. Could see them ready, in stand…but person on frier had other things to do, like put a new batch on, before handing out my order coffee was a full 5 mins prior  Do the maths: $3.95, 21 fries = 18c each!!! What the??

I came in tonight between 10:30-11:00pm. The young lady at the counter with the blonde hair who took my order was very friendly, polite and took particular care to make sure that my order was correct. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

I can't believe I had to sit for 15 minutes for my small chicken burger meal knowing there was only one customer inside MacDonald's kangaroo flat when I was waiting for my chicken burger meal it was already done sitting there for 14 minutes before someone else come to give me my meal  not happy because it was cold

Only ordered quarter pounder meal to get the glass which was told they didn't have any only AFTER I paid and went to collect. They got 2 out of 3 burger orders wrong and were rude when I asked for the correct food. Absolutely useless will never go there again.
