Disgusting store. Absolutely filthy.nWent upstairs, a mouse ran between the tables. Tables downstairs filthy. Floors covered in food droppings, not swept or washed. Glass front window and door filthy. I've never been to a McDonald's store I wasn't happy with. This store is a blight on the brand.
This McDonald's is so gross and dirty. Ive had bad experiences ordering in store and ordering delivery. The food and coffee always takes so long and it's never cooked properly or has a funny smell to it. My recent order is received double egg on both mcmuffin meals, rather than double sausage and double bacon. The food was also cold and the coffees had leaked in the bag by the time it arrived, thanks Doordash and McDonald's
I really feel bad to write this but if it could improve this maccas joint then atleast I’m doing something. This McDonald’s is so gross, the seating areas the kiosks, the floors are sticky and dirty, when you walk in well for me I just feel so dirty and uncomfortable. I got hotcakes and only received 2 and there was hair on one of them and the workers since you can actually see what they’re doing are slow and I can see why many others have complained about the slow service.
This store needs new management.nDirty and messy is an understatement. Service is poor and slow. They can clearly see people are waiting yet they are ignored unless you have to try and get there attention being mindful abuse is not tolerated...the manager doesnt look like she wants to be there. The front staff has to get her attention to help as she is fluffing around at the back and can also clearly see people are waiting, yet she still chooses to ignore customers.nIts also clear that they favour uber eats orders over customers in the store as they get preferred treatment. Maybe i should walk up with my mobile just to get there attention....nnTook almost 30mins to get my order nnYou can do so much better Chapel Street.nn1 star in all honesty is too nice..1/2 a star at that.
