I regularly visit McDonald’s and the food is always very good fresh, tasty, and served fast. The kitchen team does a great job, and overall service is usually professional.nHowever, during my visit yesterday, the girl at the front counter I believe her name was Kyla or Kay-something was quite rude and unprofessional. She didn’t say “thank you” or “have a good day,” and her attitude made the experience feel a bit uncomfortable.nnThe store itself also looks old and worn down. While it is clean, the atmosphere feels outdated and could really use a refresh to make it more inviting.nnTo the manager or any other authority reading this:nPlease remind front counter staff about basic manners and customer interaction it makes a big difference. Also, consider upgrading the store’s appearance to attract more customers and create a better experience.nnStill giving 5 stars because the food is great, fresh, taste and most of the staff are doing a fantastic job!
These guys are supper slow. I waited 15 minutes for my order and the store was not busy at all.
This McDonald's is so gross and dirty. Ive had bad experiences ordering in store and ordering delivery. The food and coffee always takes so long and it's never cooked properly or has a funny smell to it. My recent order is received double egg on both mcmuffin meals, rather than double sausage and double bacon. The food was also cold and the coffees had leaked in the bag by the time it arrived, thanks Doordash and McDonald's
Disgusting store. Absolutely filthy.nWent upstairs, a mouse ran between the tables. Tables downstairs filthy. Floors covered in food droppings, not swept or washed. Glass front window and door filthy. I've never been to a McDonald's store I wasn't happy with. This store is a blight on the brand.
