This McDonald's is so gross and dirty. Ive had bad experiences ordering in store and ordering delivery. The food and coffee always takes so long and it's never cooked properly or has a funny smell to it. My recent order is received double egg on both mcmuffin meals, rather than double sausage and double bacon. The food was also cold and the coffees had leaked in the bag by the time it arrived, thanks Doordash and McDonald's
Went in to use the bathroom and there is water, a decent size puddle, on the floor and stained toilet paper. I don't know who owns the building but please send someone to repair whatever is causing the water damage. It's not fair to both workers and patrons to be in those conditions.nI hope the workers break room is cleaner than the bathrooms
This McDonald’s on Chapel St is absolutely the worst. Every time I visit, the place is filthy beyond belief. There’s trash everywhere, and it seems like the floors haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The seats are not just broken—they’re outright unusable. The tables are always sticky and grimy, and the walls are covered in disgusting sauces. The bathrooms are so disgusting that they’re practically unusable, with broken fixtures and a constant terrible smell. It’s clear that the management doesn’t care about maintaining any level of cleanliness or basic standards. Avoid this place at all costs.
Hi guys, chips half full but that is the norm for maccas these days, the most disgusting thing was both big macs were completely RAW - am sure this is not up to food safety standards, we had to throw both out as we didn't want to risk food poisoning, completely unacceptable, needed to share this feedback as not very happy - also have just tried to contact restaurant through the app and through website but both showing error messages on last page for submission, very frustrating as wanted to let them know as am sure I wouldn't be the only customer who would have eaten completely raw meat today, feeling physically sick now
Riddle me this. Why you have the option to order to your table? There’s not enough staff to serve you, let alone leave the desk to bring your order.nI waited 20 minutes, just to find out my order was sitting down stairs in a take away bag.nI have lived 2 mins away from the Chapel st McDonald’s for 12 years now. I’ve never come across a restaurant as dirty as this.. your staff are doing their best, pay them more and lift your game… seriously ‍
