Very disappointed with the service here. Tables are always dirty, and mistakes with orders keep happening. I spent $21 and only got 2 napkins, and when I ordered 2 sauces, I only got 1. This isn’t a one-time problem—it’s at least the 4th time. Today I finally had enough and decided to leave this review.
The food at Hungry Jack's is standard, of course with high quality Australian produce.nnOn my most recent visit, the manager made my burger... I ordered no mayo and added ranch instead, he put the smallest amount of ranch. I also ordered a grilled chicken which comes with ranch and I requested to add spicy sauce, they treated the burger as if it came with spicy sauce and I added the ranch... Where was the ranch? The burger was remade.nnThe store has seating which is never full, so I do recommend a visit, grab a Whooper with ranch no mayo, extra F/Tomatoes, Pickles, it's the best...
South Yarra hungry jacks is the best. It has such good staff. The atmosphere is really nice. The food here is amazing. I came here for dinner a few days ago. The crew coach Jicinta is so kind and helpful. She served me with a kind smile and she was very professional and polite. Good job south Yarra. I will definitely be coming here again.
For a fuel outlet branch, the burgers, fries and service are like the hungry jacks we grew to love. The staff Isha and Alisha, khan are extra sweet and kind, the burger was made with care and the convenience of location was great. Well done HJ South Yarra.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your restaurant yesterday morning, September 13, at 6:30 AM. One of your staff members acted in a completely unprofessional and inappropriate manner. While I was simply ordering my meal cheese, ham, and tomato, the employee — who was of African background — asked me a personal and offensive question: “Why are you eating this, aren’t you Muslim?”nnThis is absolutely unacceptable. Customers should never be subjected to personal, religious, or discriminatory remarks when they are simply trying to order food. It made me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and shocked that such behavior could happen in your establishment.nnI expect your management to take this matter seriously, provide proper training to your staff, and ensure that no other customer has to go through such an unpleasant experience again. Let me be very clear: if this ever happens again, it will carry legal consequences for your business.
