First class experience. One of the more clean McDonalds we’ve been to in recent years. Food was fresh. Table service was efficient and friendly. Great to see the manager out the front, broom in hand, showing the team he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Great management style - well done. Kid-friendliness: Great play area
I found myself looking into where the food is prepared to see a lad scratching his arm and neck with gloves on while talking with other colleagues. He then returned to his station and continued making the sausage & egg McMuffins. No body talking to him pulled him up on the poor hygiene practice and I had my hands full with my kids to point it out to other staff. Was glad I just getting a coffee and some hash browns.
Waiting,cmon supposed to be fast food,they get at wrong food,half cup drinks I mean cmon u pay for at you get half cup frape twice please. The hamburger shocking,the letter the bun dry,sauce I said no sauce please. It's not me it happens to my kids .The hamburger there don't look like the photo not even close.So no more Mecca's kids.Food: 1/5
This McDonald’s Donald is very clean and looks inviting. The service friendly and fast. The chips portion was hot but as always too small. The burger was cold and the cheese not melted. Therefore 2 stars.for hygiene 5 stars
The worst cappuccino I ever had at a McDonald's! The rest of the food was OK. Encountered 'printer error' at the self-order machine and had to speak with the staff to know my order number. What's the point of self-order? All in all, disappointing experience considering that it's my first time at this McDonald's. Not coming back for sure!
Food is average but in an okay way it's fast food However, staff and dining experiences fall prey to poor decisions by suits. Wooden cutlery, paper straws, and paper ice cream cups with no lid capacity. The McDonalds is no longer a fun place for kids but more a faceless office caferiteria with nice couches but no soul. Technical problems with apps and reduced staff lead to foul toilets and frustrated customers, leading to some people, to lash out in frustration with poor word choices. Including myself, which I apologise for if anyone remembers the encounter at this store. A vending machine with people in it, and a slippery dip. nice art but disposable and mechanical that works only half the time The McDonalds memories are gone. KFC and Hungry Jacks are beating McDonalds in front of house experience. And although good money and convenient, mc delivery and menulog etc. Puts additional workload on the staff, which prevents attention to the matters that affect in person customer experience. Still with a good barisita, at least the McCafe coffee is warm and tasty when you are on the road.
Great store with lots of seating.. Lively friendly staff.. Good quick service and they actually had someone walking around cleaning... Don't see it to often these days..
I went through drive-thru and ordered frozen cokes and they gave me vanilla and it's not a one off mistake it has happened a few timesFood: 1/5
Food and service were good. The toilets smelt like the cattle pavilion at the showgrounds. It was only about 10 in the morning so I doubt that they had been cleaned for the days business. Not the first time eitherFood: 5/5
