To describe Guzman y Gomez as God tier would be under selling it. When I discovered there was one in Wagga Wagga it was like seeing the gates of heaven. Went there 3 times in 24 hours and was impressed every time. Friendly staff with a great atmosphere. I actually feel sorry for Zamberos open across the street. Can't wait to return for that life changing chicken.
This was my first visit to the Guzman y Gomez restaurant chain. I was served and assisted with the menu by a very pleasant staff member. The chips were cooked to perfection, crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. The nachos and chicken were great and plenty of guacamole and beans. I enjoyed my visit.Food: 4/5
The portion these people offer is HUGE. Unlike other branches where the big burrito sizes look like mini burritos. Totally worth the money. I would rate this store as one of my best GYG stores ever visited.Food: 5/5
This restaurant serve maxican food and they are Very popular and make tasty food , they serve in card board box so you can take away too, this restaurant is located in Baylis street,Wagga Wagga. highly recommend for all Vegetarian options: You can customise your meal according to your preference. The food was only just average. I ordered a salad, and found that it was very basic - beans, cheese etc were extra. Not overly tasty despite the extras.Food: 3/5
Fresh Mexican, frozen margaritas, quick and friendly service. How can you go wrong? Highly recommended the grilled chicken burrito bowl with sour cream and guacamole extras. The kids meals are great. Cute little "toys" too. We got some lovely magnets and temporary tattoos. The seasoning on the chips is tasty, but the kids found it a little spicy.
I WONT VE BACK UNTIL THINGS CHANGE! This place has been my favourite for as long as I can remember. I have been a regular customer visiting here at least once a week, usually more, to order food for myself and my partner. While this is not cheap we rationalised this by understanding that the quality of service and food they provide is worth it. Since the lockdowns this year their quality has plummeted! Our order is always wrong, when I call them to discuss this they never answer the phone. With us living out of town this is a nuisance as by the time we get home it’s not worth turning around to get the things they forgot to put in the bag! Initially that’s mistakes only occurred when they were really busy previously working in hospitality myself I can understand this but now there could be nobody else in there and our order still gets messed up. It may sound harsh but if you choose to go here make sure to triple check your order is in the bag before walking out the door!!! Photo: I ordered a mini enchilada with the guacamole and salsa on the side. There is no guacamole, the salsa was still put on the enchilada and the sauce that is usually in there is completely missing?!
Love love love Guzman & Gomez's food. Love the soft tacos with pulled beef & the pico is so delicious. All barrito's are very healthy & they will fill them with what ever you wish or dont wish. Great service & very clean store. Always packed but it can be very difficut to get a park for your vehicle as it is eat street end of town. Vegetarian options: There are otions with Tofu & salads etc. Kid-friendliness: Food can be spicy hot or mild which is great for young children who dont like the heat in their food. There are good kids selections which is ideal for all families. Wheelchair accessibility: Ease of access as the business is on the Main Street of Wagga Dietary restrictions: They will work with anyones dietary concerns its just a matter of asking.
Foid was ok but not like pre covid. Staff were on the ball and friendly.Food: 4/5
Whilst I am not of fan of Mexican take away I believe Mexican should be enjoyed as a slow dinner with margaritas I thoughly enjoyed the meal lunchtime. Many thanks!
