Service is abit slow and could pick up. The food is great and store is relatively clean. Might have to apply for a job here  Vegetarian options: Vegan food is available. Can not elaborate as I am not a vegan

Half an hour in the drive thru then ice cream first melted before I got my burger never againFood: 1/5

By far the worst Maccas I've been too. Always say they deliver then they don't so you have to wait for a refund. Nothing ever works when you go there. Food taste no where near as good as other maccas.  Need better options or better Maccas in town. Everytime we visit the drive thru we have to park up in the waiting bay.

I was shocked when finding some dirt on lettuce of my salad. I’m now very scared of the wrap which also had lettuce inside and I have eaten right before =.=

By far the best Maccas I've been to. Great service was even was entertained with talented staff singing, shows that they enjoy their work.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service this morning. Made to feel welcome. Made sure I understood the order process in the Charters Maccas and only too eager to help. Over and above Service with a smile. A pleasure to see Customer Service is a priority in this Maccas and in general nowadays. You should be proud and commended for your efforts. Slow service - the staff are completely disorganised. Order of nuggets and chips took 25mins. They seem to just focus on drive thru

My coffee is always great and my raisin toast is cooked to perfection. Staff are wonderful.  Kid-friendliness: Lovely play area  Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.  Dietary restrictions: Staff are happy to oblige
