To the owner: you really should stop running your business with children in charge. CHAOS - this word describes what's going on there. I came for my online order and was asked to park the car and wait about 7 minutes and that's ok. Understandable - no problem at all. After 15-20minutes I came inside just to check what's going on and my order was ready just waiting... . Wow! I received a triple dipper... without any dips. Wow! x2. When I came back for them I was asked what dips should be there. So after half of hour I finished up with 3 dips - each one was the same because they run out. What a joke. Dominos is 150m down the road... Just saying. All the best and good luck - you will need it. Oh! And more thing those kids. It's not their fault. They do their best, but someone has to manage that chaos. Ok, update after 3 weeks: absolutely nothing has changed. Another order and another 2 mistakes... Seriously no hope for this place. Avoid it if you can.
We order online at least once a fortnight and pick up 45 minutes later. We love the service and product. Tonight we recieved our order on time, it was fresh and beautiful.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. We ordered at 6.30pm rang at 8pm only to be told they had to make dough. No one could tell us when our order would be ready... they were swearing at each other in the background and not one person could offer us a reimbursement. When the manager if that's what you would call the lady got on the phone she was rude, uncorruptive and hang up when I offered to come Into the shop to organize
30 +minutes over delivery time,cold uncooked Pizza and garlic breadcheese not even melted on pizza potato spud bites not cooked and cold.. Called the store to be told we are busy what do you won't me to do about it Driver still received a tip I'm sure it's not her fault but the store has alot to answer for. Horrible behaviour from the guy on the phone and definitely don't recommend.
The food is good but service was bad, the kids does not know which pizza belongs to who. The young man who took my order looked like he was not paying attention at all had to repeat my self a few times. I was disappointed by the staff who kept touching their hair and faces while working with the food and not washing or sanitising their hands, I could not get names as no one was wearing name badges.
Nice people that run a busy business because they are nice people. Their customer service is great. Very friendly and accomidating with difficult orders. The pizza's are that bit better than standard pizza hut pizza's toppings wise. That and the service, makes me return.
Staff need to be more polite to customers.Food: 4/5

90min wait COLD PIZZA HOT COKE
I have never been more disgusted in a business. I ordered at 7.30 pm, was told a 20 minute wait, which was fine, still waiting at 8.15, called 4 times between 8.15 and 9 pm inquiring about my order, was assured it was on it's way. I finally called just afer 9 and cancelled my order, i had 5 kids all waiting to be fed. No apologies, no offer of any sort of compensation for the inconvenience, pathetic custom service, just pathetic! !
