I came here yesterday around 9am, food was yummy! A male staff was very friendly, he smiled and acknowledged my presence when I was waiting to collect food in front of the counter. Barista was polite too. : Plenty of seats, dining area was clean and comfortable :

Good fast food, we dined in, and wife accidentally spilled fries on floor which I cleaned up while a staff member nearby just stood and watched. She could have at least asked to assist with a brush and pan or something. Even though we are both in our 70s I didn't expect help but an offer would have been a nice gesture. I came here at Tuesday around 10:45am. There weren't a huge number of customers at that time, so seating was easy and ordering was quick. As for the service? I have never seen such quick turnaround!!! It was insane; by the time I finished ordering, my companions, who had started about 30 seconds before me had already received their order. Truly a marvel. Kid-friendliness: It's Macca's, it's always kid-friendly. Parking: Not a huge carpark, but wasn't that full when we got there. Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground level, seating can be moved. I would call it accessible.
The staff are amazing and willing to help with any issues that may arise with the new "self serve" kiosks. Nice to see that the staff have a great bond and can have a laugh at work. Happy employees, better production.Food: 5/5
We had lunch, ordered via kiosk and food arrived promptly. Our order was correct although the fries were cold and our drinks were about 3/4 full. The restaurant was filthy dirty with food waste and rubbish everywhere on the floor and on most tables. The toilets were also filthy and unmaintained. I can only assume the store was short staffed that day.
I stood in line to make my order but was told to use the kiosk, no choice. It's not like I didn't have a reason for making two separate orders and paying once rather than playing with a dirty 'up sell' touch screen and walking back and forth with printed coupons, standing in line 3 times in all. They were totally focused on the drive thru. That's not service.
Food cold and not very well put together, missing happy meal drink and toy. Tables were not clean and fries scattered across the floor. Not a good experience Food: 2/5
Service was alot friendlier than Auckland McDonald's staff. Especially the lady at the McCafe. Lovely smile and very apologetic for being a bit slower than the burger guys. Was worth waiting for a yummy hot chocolate. And no one minds waiting when it's been apologized for. Teach the Auckland staff how to treat the public. Parking: Great parking and in shady areas as we had our dogs. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat easy access from the carport to the restaurant
I just went to Mc Donald's whangarei Bank Street and the girl at the till with blonde hair a nose piercing yelling numbers was so rude and her comments an behavior was disgusting I had to listen to herself call herself superior towards another staff member which she wasn't at all she said there was no apple pies to an elder lady who was waiting so patient instead of sorting the order out she behaved in the worst childish manor There was one girl there who got the apple pie for the old lady her service was good .I might be back tomorrow to follow up on this
