Great place to go if you are after a massive, greasy burger. Don't expect any healthy or gourmet options. We loved it and thought it was delicious!
Fantastic, the burger was well cooked, it tasted like a home made one. Great friendly staff too, overall a decent atmosphere. The burgers were well priced, some as little as 14 dollars. Recommend!
Great food, great service. Good burger range and being able to have a beer while eating is awesome unlike most burger places. BTW most of the 1 star ratings are a joke. Seriously people... get a grip. It annoys me when any place gets 1 star for something like "didn't remember my coke". Some people need to just stop talking.
Epic new burger joint. Really good burgers, with free range chicken and bacon plus gluten free options available. Sawmill beers on tap, a pretty reasonable wine list, nice fit out and really awesome staff. Will be back next visit.
I would like to thank the team at Burger Bank who were very welcoming and kind to our birthday group of 12 year olds. It wasn't an excessive wait for the food and the meal was good. They kindly let us bring our own cake and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Kids had a great time. Thank you very much.
Super tasty burgers. Got the Mortgage challenge, couldn’t finish it, so just enjoyed the taste nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Perfect to spend Friday night with friends over a couple of drinks.
A truly great burger place that Whangarei has needed for years! Not totally convinced on the tomato sauce but the rest is great. Ignore the complaints about the price. I thought they were very reasonable for gourmet burgers.
did not enjoy my meal at all. admittedly a LOT of food for $20 but wasn't particularly nice and they forgot part of our order. the chips came out long before the burgers and while it may seem a trivial thing, the plates it was served on were far to small. all in all not somewhere im likely to return
Awesome burgers! Rating is for the service. Service itself was disjointed/not cordinated/excessive wait time for basic requests ie, knives/forks/sauce etc Chef was more gracious in attitude/requests than waiters were.
Difinately rate this place good food fast service awesome to dine in or out. Am currently working my way threw there menu as I really enjoy thus place well worth a visit if u are a bigger lover and don't mind paying for qaulity
