Ordered 2 x sausage and egg muffins meals and with no cheese. Only received 1 muffin and it had cheese. Ordered 2 x hotcakes with syrup meals… no syrup, butter or cutlery. Ordered a large hot fudge sundae… received it half filled. Extremely dissatisfied.
Delivery arrived. Ordered breakfast bundle. They literally looked thrown into the bag, a couple of the muffins had fallen out of the wrapping. And completely forgot the 2 orange juices. Awful.
One star because you can’t give zero! Advertised as 24 hour but when ordering at 3.50am told no service because they were preparing for breakfast rush. When asked if they were not even serving coffee received a grudging yeah we can do a coffee & when told if they do not serve food 24 hours they should not advertise that they were 24/7 get a snarky ‘well you got a coffee didn’t you’n
I don't think Macca's understand that they're a fast food joint. Never receive food on time, usually have to check the order... There's no point really to them being a fast food outlet and as a restaurant, it's pretty basic.Food: 2/5
The meal was binned. Used app, which defaulted to Whitfords. Took 20 mins to receive simple order of 3x hotcake meals. The meals came in 10 mins, but the coffee's took a further 10 minutes. Got home, the syrup and cutlery were missing, the pancakes cold, the 3x different coffees were unmarked. Please please let the app default me to Duncraig!
Normally when I get to maccas at night or early morning some teenager is there that gives the worst service. But today at 4am some Indian lady was there and Props to her for actually doing her job and making me the best hash brown everFood: 5/5
Used Menulog to order dinner. The order took over 1 hr to arrive. When it arrived it was cold and disgusting. They packed the shakes in with hot food so the shakes were almost warm and the food was really cold. No straws included with shakes. Worst maccas ever! Also menulog wouldn't even refund the while order. Just offered a $15 voucher for the $45 worth of food that went in the bin.
it was 9:15 pm when myself and a friend decided that we craved a hit of sugar for a cheap price. driving to the closest maccas we could find, we ordered two ice cream cones with flakes. as the only car in the drive thru we assumed the service would be quick and simple. however it was terrible from the get go. the server appeared to despise her job and made it clear we had interrupted her night. we pulled up to the window to collect our two cones and was greeted by an employee who decided to stand at the back of our car in the drive thru before commencing his shift. this was really strange and quite scary to say the least. he proceeded to stand there for the entirety of us waiting for our two cones, which was roughly a 5-10 minute wait still the only customers at present moment. the server shoved icecream in our hand and closed the window as she was saying a half hearted enjoy your night. i must say i have had faster service ordering a full meals worth of food during peak hour trade. this is unacceptable and i will NOT be coming back.
The coffee was good. The food was uninspiring and bland, not much flavour. I can't understand why it is so popular. I don't get fast food often but Hungry Jack's burgers are streets ahead regarding flavour. Sorry, I am not impressed with Macca'sFood: 2/5
See the photo for the amount of chips in the package! The drive through is really weird and in a terrible and awkward design. You will need to try hard and find where it is. And then this is what you get. I will definitely chosse a different branch.
