Absolutely disgusting! The beef was just fat jelly no beef at all, the corn chips were so stale the guacamole was a small chunk of avocado and the lettuce was just two strips of lettuce and the rice was rock hard. Will never order again.
Poor manner female supervisor 3jan23. Orders took forever even customers behind got all their food. More than half an hour wait. So asked for refund. Supervisor no eye contact, no apology and refund partial only. Yes, we drunk our drink come with the meal but since so long the food still hasn’t arrive. Partial refund only still not happy…. Poor manner not deserve we are back again.
Wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt for months, but after consistently getting terrible service from 6 pm onwards, I'm done with these guys. Pretty much only kids working, no-one wants to be there; incredibly slow, zero-effort attitudes. Always get cold chips, soggy disgusting burritos, and warm sauces and drinks after waiting way longer than I should have due to the workers talking and being generally disorganised and slow. STRONGLY recommend trying mount lawley before wasting your money getting a used nappy of a burrito from whoever's running this venue.
Ordered my food prior to leaving to pick it up. Asked when I got there if it's ready and the guy said it would be like 2 mins. Then he proceeds to chat with 3 other employees at the front instead of working. When my order is ready he just packs it in the bag and leaves it on the counter ready but doesn't call out my number, so then after 20 mins gone by giving them the benefit of the doubt, even the girl at the front leaves the counter to go say hello to her friend outside of the restaurant which I'm pretty sure she isn't supposed to do. Has a five minute chat with her friend outside gyg and then returns. I ask again and the guy responds in a rude tone saying "what" then I tell him my order number and he says it's right here so I just take it amd leave to check it and my food is stone cold. They need some people who actually work properly at the front instead of chatting all the time, appalling customer service.
Vegans, stay away. These guys used to be great, but a steady decline in service and quality will keep me away for good. They are constantly messing up orders when it comes to cheese. No cheese. It says on the receipt. No one looks. The staff are clearly undertrained. This time they didn’t even have vegetables prepared. They only noticed when they got to my order 45 minutes later. No exaggeration. I have the docket. When they hadn’t started my order, I asked for a refund, and they didn’t know how. Took another 20 minutes. I will never be returning.
Ordered nachos & paid for sour cream. Got no sour cream & barely any filling, was literally just corn chips...& even they tasted stale!? I am also 8mths pregnant, so was very hungry! Will not be back.
The food is really good but have been getting a bit of inconsistent meals in ter,s of amount and variations. Otherwise lovely staff and fresh food.
Food was pretty good but a 15 minute wait in a non busy restaurant. I suspected that my order was getting pushed back to get Uber eats orders out first. Not impressed. The thin wooden knife and fork to eat an enchilada was inappropriate and the fork broke straight away. All in all I really enjoyed the food, but the service, wait time, and dining experience was way below standard hence the 3-star rating. Some investment into some quality staff training, and brand awareness would benefit greatly.
Have been here a few times First time I thought it was a once off But clearly not The service here isn’t the best The waiting times are ridiculous regardless if you come at 9am or at peak times When my order was wrong and I queried it with staff The girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at me!! Probably not the best way to treat a customer who was in fact was just requesting what the paid for
Friendly service, but food is dreadful. I ordered the chicken burrito and was asked if I wanted beans and rice. Well it turns out that's all there was inside, along with four small slivers of chicken. If I had said no, i would probably have been handed a pancake.
