I asked for my order to be cooked fresh but after waiting 10min this is what I received. As I am a chef I can see they just put the old chips in the oil and reheated them up as the chips are full of oil the same as my burger as well. The lady at the window did not say anything to me when giving me food. Berry disappointed
Other then the chips being a little bit soggy, as if they were fried up a while before i ordered, it was a very nice meal. Lovely place for kids to go and get a bite to eat and some of the better service I've had in a while. Kid-friendliness: Playground easily accessible. Wheelchair accessibility: Right next to the front door.
After waiting for 10 minutes to be served. I ordered 2 frozen fantastic and one frozen cokes. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. They where only half frozen and I was also over charged. I think I give this store a miss.
I like this place, it has a very convenient location for both ways of the main street and for the supermarket close by. It has a very small playground for toddlers, so if you have children 5+ this is not the place to entertain them. Medium size parking which gets full in the afternoon for the gym close by. Disability access and toilets available.
Last night we went to drive thru and a funny situation occurred. There was only 1 person taking orders and preparing the order. I was only here to buy a coffee which took them atleast 20 minutes to prepare. The poor guy was struggling as being the only person doing all the work. Very disappointing.
Terrible service at this store. After a 40min wait with cold food being sent back on 3 occassions I got a poor excuse from the poor excuse of a manager. Apparently it takes 40 mins to make fresh nuggets I call B/S on that They have also tried to kill my disabled client by loading up a burger with mustard when specified NO MUSTARD I will be making a formal complaint to maccas Head office for such appalling customer service. Dietary restrictions: When a customer is allergic to mustard and states No Mustard don't put it on there burger.
This place has gone way downhill. Haven't purchased in quite a while and normally great but last night's dinner was disgusting. My sons nuggets were dark and looked re-cooked 3 times, fries were stone cold, his sprite tasted like soda water, half a cheese slice in his chicken and CHEESE burger, and I couldn't even chew the pattie in my fillet of fish. Was like chewing cardboard as if it had sat there all day, and again stone cold. Even the dog wouldn't eat it. Lift your game Gosnells Maccas or you will end up with a bad rep!
I must say, their day shift crew are always lovely but I much prefer the food when school is back and the shift is covered by adults. This school holidays I have had some pretty ordinary food and service as well as missing items… room for improvement here for sure
The team on tonight at Gosnells Macca's can not be faulted one single bit!! , We had the app load slow, they were understanding, we asked for fresh, they said no problem, and we parked where indicated, it took next to no time before our meal arrived with all services from the employees at the most highest quality, and our food was SOOO FKING FRESH AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! THANK YOU. We have had alot of trouble in the past with our late night endeavours due to working late and have been absolutely disgusted with the food and services at other locations, I don't want to name names of suburbs Rockingham & Byford Mc Donald's!!! but Gosnells Macca's, thank you again, and we salute your marvel efforts of effectiveness , keep up the Stella work guys n gals..
They always mess up our maccas app order. The orders were not even placed on a peak hour. We have a kid that is lactose intolerant and hence we made it very clear to not have cheese on her burger and yet finding cheese slapped on the burger having the need for her to scrap cheese off the patty. Wrong order for our drinks. Putting pickles when we made it very clear that do not put pickles in our meals. It seems that they have gone complacent with them being a franchisee. The management seriously needs to do something with their service. It is very disappointing!
