You already know what to expect for food at a McDonald so not much to say about that. Other things to know about this particular location: - Very good location - Nice ample amount of parking - Decent drive through if you don’t want to come in. - Have waiting space if you order drinks via drive through and the line is a bit long. - Clean whenever I was there
I do food delivery, and I used to get the order quickly. The staff on January 15, 2023, from 10.25 p.m. to 11 p.m. just kept ignoring the courier drivers. I reached the store around 10.30 pm and waited for the food for more than 35 minutes, and the store was not busy at all. I just followed up with the skinny lady manager with the glass, but she said it would take time, but the order was ready, and even other staff don't seem to care. This is the worst experience, and I collected my order after 40 minutes. And I would just like to say thanks to one guy with glasses in non-uniform; he was cleaning the kitchen, and he noticed that I have been here for more than 40 minutes because no one else is in the store except me. Then he said to that skinny glass lady that she should just put two fries in a bag and give it to me. Apart from that guy, I would like to say I had the worst experience even I had.
Honestly, the food is just like any other maccas, but I'd only recommend attempting the drive through if you are a fan of receiving the wrong food, paying for items you never receive, soggy chips, and having to get out of your car and going in to the restaurant to get the missing items if you catch on they're missing before you leave. You can't always get a receipt, but you will always be told to pull ahead to the arrow.
Quick service, staff were polite. My only complaint was the two lanes that merged into one after ordering, definitely not a fan, since the time ordering was busy with impatient customers wanting their orders and cutting you off in the drive through.
Alfred Street McDonald's is reliable and staff are lovely.. one young bloke even gave me his jumper when I was stuck outside late during torrential rain so bad taxis refused to run.. the Hugh street McDonald's.. lowered overall score unfortanely.. the manager there was so rude and aggressive one day I am still shocked.. I complained about wrong order and he replaced it with wrong things again then got nasty and threw all my food in the bin... I was too stressed and shocked to file proper complaints.. plus fact complaints process was made hard to follow through
Drive thru can be a bit hit and miss. Gotten a few wrong orders from time to time and i find regularly the chips are never topped up. The fries barely go past the front lip of a large size fries and you cant say anything because by the time you have looked inside your bag they've already closed the window. In comparison to other McDonald's this one just isn't very good.
There was a long delay in the drive through at the Aitkenvale store. However, as i made my way to the windows, I believe the delay was being caused by a customer and wasn't the staffs fault. Normally, the service in the drive through, is friendly and quick service. So waiting one time, was not a problem.
Terrible service. Disgusting restaurant with dirty tables everywhere. Forgot 1 out of 3 nuggets for a happy meal while the other happy meal only came with a yoghurt. When we went back up to the counter they acted like we were the problem??? This isn’t the first time they’ve forgotten food. 3 different staff members walked past a dirty table and wasn’t even phased.
We had a great little drop in this afternoon, wasn't busy inside, however I think drive thru was hectic. Absolutely yummy chai latte temp, strength of flavour, spot on! and toastie and it's great to see the 24 pack of nuggets on the self service menu for a low cost way to manage the arvo hunger from the kiddos. We ordered table service however a little system hic-up meant that didn't happen and we didn't hear the order called out but honestly everything food, drink was still a fantastic temperature. Thanks team, hope it's a good, low fuss Friday night service for you all.
no where to sit inside that was clean. all tables covered in leftover from others and tables not wiped over, floor inside needed a good sweep.
