Set in a good location, McDonalds Lilydale offers everything  McDonald's family restaurants are famous for. The interior decor is modern and spacious, with a warm friendly ambience. The service is friendly and food is served fast. There's a big Children indoor play area on site,  plenty of parking and a Drive through service. A great place to go to when in Lilydale.

Well it's a McDonald's. Nothing remarkable; neither better not worse than other branches. They could wipe the tables more often, but this is a common problem in Melbourne.Food: 3/5

Ordered a Mac.Spiesi chicken. No sauce at all and the salad is in side the box when it has to be in the burger ‍

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Melbourne. They hardly ever get your order correct. Make you wait in their car park for over 15 minutes and continually forget to take orders from their drive through. Often think it would be easier to drive another 15 minutes to the next Mcdonalds. Terrible store

George is an absolute asset to the company. Constantly looking after customers I don’t know the last time I’ve seen an employee proactively helped a customer without them walking up to the counter, came and spoke to my son even gave him a balloon! and constantly going above and beyond. Whatever this man is being paid isn’t enough!

Attended the drive through for an iced latte and thickshake, was quite busy, but not very long wait time. Staff were friendly.  Easy order and pick up. Food: 5/5

Always a bad experience here. Ordered 2 McChicken meals and 2 happy meals, they asked us to pull over to waiting bay, waited for ages and saw cars go by. They came out with the food but no drinks and missing one of kids happy meal, the girl said she will follow up, 10 mins later still nothing. My husband went inside, they didn't have any drinks ready or happy meal! Foods cold! Can't believe how difficult it is for them!

got a breakfast muffin. had egg shell all through it. threw up twice bc of it. do better. not the first time it happened either.

Tried to order 2 grilled chicken wraps at drive-through. Got 2 chicken snack wrap ordered. Changed it when paying and waited half an hour for that 2 wrap cause 'we changed the order'  and it came as two crispy chicken wrap and it wrap is broken cause the tomato apparently sat there for too long and soaked through.Food: 2/5

This store is rubbish. My mum and I waited in the car park for 30 minutes for a coffee, and when the bloke finally comes out with the drink, he spilt the coffee all over my mum while handing it to her! Couldn't even get a refund as he instantly ran off. NEVER again.
