Food was good. Prompt service. Chips cooked fresh when we were there. Toilets were relatively clean, as expected. Only down side is location. Situated on a corner on busy road. We were heading for Healesville, had to do a U turn.

The chicken is always consistently great. Much better standard than Mooroolbark. We drive a little further to Lilydale as the food quality is so much better.Food: 5/5
Apparently there is no tomato in the entire menu so you can't even ask for it. .. twisters are better with -slaw but + iceberg lettuce and tomato would have made it just better. Chicken tiny bit too salty or it might be the pepper mayo not mayo pepper enough... Like not worth mentioning but it's like it would just be that tiny bit better. Like if anyone ever looked at this for like improvement type of thing purpose thing. Like i love KFC that be much. I care. And that's why still 5 stars. If you're going to die for a purpose may as well ..
Took 17 mins from order to collect. Plus didn't get my sauces . I also tasted chicken off or maybe resting too long. Freshness was missing in my chickens.Food: 1/5
Definitely the worst KFC experience we have had. When we got home there were missing sauces, missing large coleslaw. The buns looked like they had been in a sandwich press all day. Image attached.... Not only did we not get what we ordered, but the quality of what we had was very poor. Really disappointing. And I only write this negative review for lilydale KFC because this is the 2nd time it's happened. Please sort it out.
Really nice staff, food is always hot. They never forget anything in my order. Sadly the chips are always undercooked and under salted.

Have lately had a thing about the wraps which I think have improved over the last 12 months. Less salad and more chicken which is nicely cooked and not filled with the over crispy left overs. That along with the best fast food chips in the industry and a slushie that’ll make your tongue link, it was a good meal. The staff were friendly and watched them being particularly helpful to an older gentleman. Nice. Notes: wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, good parking on site.
