The worst Bacon and Egg Mcmuffin I've had and the coffee was also not worth the money I spent on it, the tables outside need a good scrub too. Great location but I believe the issue was lack of staff and little care factor. Parking: Parking across the road.

School holiday time is not the best time to visit here. Although staff were friendly, they were extremely busy, hence service was slow and tables not clean. It's not the first time that I have thought that service would have been better with more staff.

I ordered nuggets with Big Mac sauce and aioli, I GOT SWEET AND SOUR. That is so rude. This experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Very disappointed. I hope to resolve this matter.

Probably the most filthiest unorganised mcdonalds I have ever seen.... Went Sunday lunchtime and it looks like it hadn't been clean since a busy sat night... PutrideFood: 1/5

Worst McDonald’s on the Gold Coast. Served soggy fries, 1/4 of a cheese slice on my burger, no salt on my nuggets and the place is run by children + the cleanliness is below standard. Do not go here!

We were staying at points north apartments and it was my husbands 58th birthday so I walked down to get his favourite breakfast, the pancakes with butter and maple syrup, I had egg and bacon muffin and a small coffee. Very fresh and reasonably warm when I returned to our apartment. I told him I walk to NSW to get this for u for your birthday , LOLreally it was about 800m each way it just sounded better NSW.

this is an extremely bad example of McDonald's.worst I've seen. please clean this place up.machine's don't work.order took forever. I expect a lot more when I visit a McDonald's.Food: 1/5

Great Maccas stop for a burger and frappe...great spot on Cooly beach...nice place to eat and replenish yourself ...power to shop and play..Food: 5/5

The burger with fries and diet coke is nice and tasty.the environment and atmosphere are nice and clean.the meal is good value for money.the staffs are helpful and friendly
