I came here to escape the crowded chaos of the other Maccas nearest to the airport. This McDonald's is only a short drive away from the airport and is less crowded, more spacious, and has a large car park.  The chicken mcnuggets I ordered were delicious. The drive-thru service was efficient. The only criticism I have is that the video ads playing at the drive-thru were very tempting... made me wanna buy more food than I needed...

Fast and accurate service. Staff are very lukewarm and not friendly at all. UPDATE Service is no longer accurate, I asked for no onions and had a whole garden of them on my burger.

Friendly staff, my order is never wrong and the food is good quality. The managers here are helpful and nice and provide great customer service. It is very clean and presentable inside. They have renovated it and it’s nice and modern. Comfortable seating. Only downside is they close the store 11pm and have drive through only but it does move quite quick  Parking: Big car park lots of spaces

Of a day, this place is great. But management are clearly leaving their team short staffed at night. Having a queue in drive through when the store is closed that is going out onto the street and barely moving is a good indication of this. Management - don’t be so tight on wages, roster more people at night. Spending half an hour waiting in drive through blocked in half an hour before even making it far enough to place my order that is…  unacceptable. McDonalds the ‘slow’ food chain? This isn’t the staff fault. Working in retail I know what it’s like to be understaffed because management want to spend as little on wages as possible to make themselves look good and get their bonus at the end of the year. Simply not good enough.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes, along with 20 other cars NO JOKE for them to stuff up my order 3 times! First, the person who confirmed my order couldn't even take accountability for getting it wrong after I confirmed it with her twice & then the manager gives me attitude for simply correcting the person at the window! The manager was a short white Asian looking female. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Waited in line in drive through for 20 minutes to order dinner, got back to my motel and part of my order was missing. Drove BACK to the restaurant, dining room was closed so I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes in drive through for my jalepino poppers that I didn't get with my original order....and there was STILL one pack of poppers missing, lucky I had the sense to check the bag before I left the second time. Not even a sorry.

Cutlery is needed for pancakes and butter would have been nice also.  Both things not given for our pancake breakfast.   However in saying that everything else was correct in the order and the place was clean and everyone organised.Food: 5/5

This place needs a good teacher. Ordered large sundae but when it melted it was only quarter of cup. How hard is it to pour the ice cream properly

Waited 15 minutes for a large 10 nugget meal and cheeseburger through drive through. I phone the store to find out what was happening with the order and told me that they had forgotten the order and will pack the order. A car that was parked in front of us had been waiting longer than us so she had gone in to complain I then followed afterwards, I found that there were 3 ubereats orders were sitting on the counter with my meal sitting getting cold the manager at the time who refused to provide her name not even wearing her name badge handed my order to that other customer and told the manager that this was my order. The manager was flustered couldn't cope under pressure, floors were dirty with chips all over the floor. I had told the manager I wanted a refund and she told me she will give me a refund and meal for free. I had argued with the unknown Indian female manager about the stores service and how incompetent the staff were on shift. I even had another Indian lady say something to me and look at me and I asked her what she had said her response was rude and straight to the point and said I wasn't talking to you. Everyone came out from the kitchen and stopped their work while orders were piling up on the screen. This was an issue between myself and the manager in which the manager didn't delegate tasks to staff, didn't tell staff to return back to work if anything made it look like a zoo all because I was complaining to the manager. I asked for the store managers Na she refused to provide it I then asked again and told me the store manager was holly. I asked for the shift managers name and said I can't tell you I told her that she was meant to be wearing her badge on her shirt and when requested she needs to provide her name upon request she told me I don't want to tell you my name at all. My response was I will make a massive complaint to management due to her incompetence and they can easily find who the shift manager was on at the time. This manager shouldn't be a manager or employee of maccas due to her unprofessional behaviour while dealing with a complaint or dealing with her staff either. I felt like the staff here were being racist because they were all Indian and I was white. I feel disgusted by the staff behaviour

I can't say much as I only used the drive through at like 6am for a cuppa and a hash brown, but the service was fast, polite and correct, what more could you want.Food: 4/5
