Shake machine is always "not working" always the same excuse when I ask for a shake. Get someone in to fix it, not that hard. Do not recomend this HJs at all. GET THE SHAKE MACHINE FIXED!

Worse hungry jacks I have ever been. Had a quarter of chicken breast in my burger "chicken bacon and cheese" manager said that they have changed the portions 2 weeks ago, no other drink than coke. Anyway never going back there. Photo looks decent size but it's not.

Someone suggested I should try their coffee, and definitely better than other drive through coffee IMO, but also slightly slower. If the speed increased I'd give it 5 stars for DT coffee anyway

No Stars really. This store may be renovated but it needs a renovation on its service and food. Not happy at all to pay the money they ask for to receive disgusting food. Burnt burger patty, sloppy burger and cold chips. Staff hard to understand. Was offered 2 free burgers. Definitely won't be going back there.

Looks like they have their act together finally, no messing up of the order . Freshly cooked meals

Worst Customer service ever i have seen in my life, Went drive through staff does not even know who to talk. Rude staff need training.
