Raw banana bread! After waiting in the painfully slow drive thru at 11:00am on a Sunday then being parked because they hadn't bothered starting our coffees, we were served uncooked banana bread. I wonder if McDonald's Bairnsdale might need to review their employment conditions and management capabilities.Food: 1/5

There was one particular girl who helped us with ordering and then she was helpful supplying something that was missed in the order. She did it all with a smile on her face and then she added "Have a nice day" It's wonderful when we meet young ones like this.Food: 5/5

Best McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to in Australia. I ordered two hash browns and one burger and picked up via drive thru. In the paper back the hash browns and the burger are placed nicely, not stacking onto each other or nearly fall out of package like many other M restaurants do. The burger is also made in excellent shape.

No counter ordering since remodelling of the store. Forced to use self-service.  No visible menu boards.  Staff were inattentive and unresponsive.  One staff member when emptying the bin spilled liquid over the floor and walked away and left it.  When it was pointed out rolls her eyes. Will not be back to the Bairnsdale store.Food: 3/5

Breakfast food was consistent with McDonalds quality, coffee wasn't what we ordered and the 2nd attempt was only marginally better. A real push to get everyone to use the automated machines, with the staff behind the counter having little to no interest in actual face to face customer service.Food: 3/5

Staff is friendly, but our older chips and chicken nuggets is dry and cold, not fresh Little bit disappoint.

Macca's Bairnsdale all in all terrible! Found the floors to be dirty and sticky, looking down through to the kitchen there were used gloves and papers on the floor. After waiting for 26 minutes for a angus burger, it came out cold as well as the fries. The frozen drink that was ordered went the other way - warm and not so frozen. Bad day for humanity when the Clown can't even get it together. Disappointing!!

The floor and seats are so gross, employees had taken friends and my drink away before we were finished. The food had tasted like it was put in a microwave twice this morning. Employees do not look like they want to be serving anybody and never have a smile on their face whilst serving. You chose to work here and you should not be passing on your bad moods to customers! I am appalled.

Waited 20 min to order at the drive thru! Two sections for cars to go through and order. 1 person at the register to take orders. Cars don't know who goes first to pay! Very badly designed! But at least the food is ready once paid Food: 4/5

It was a quite long que on a midday Sunday , lined up by old people! Not like Melb where young people hang around. Toilet was good. Customer service was ok. Didn't expect better service  anyway. Maccas own deliver cars were a bit facinating.
