Disgusting customer service. If your job is that bad mate, maybe look for another. 3 people in waiting Bay because the staff took 3 mins for a 30 second walk. Burger was so thrown together I was actually amazed... pathetic.

This is how my muffin was wrapped. I expected better or at least for the whole burger to be wrapped not just sat in the paper and half falling apart. Plus the egg was almost cold and the bacon was dry and old. Step up your game Brassall. It wasn’t even busy so there’s no excuse for this.
Had to wait close to an hour for my food, when I finally got it the food was cold. Slow service coupled with staff that weren't the embodiment of friendly created an unpleasant experience

Good food, freshly cooked, fast and polite service. Staff unfortunately had to deal with an abusive customer while we were here, but handled it calmly and maturely.
Nothing like waiting 30 minutes for a sausage mcmuffin and a drink after telling them twice the order. And while waiting two customers come back because their orders are wrong. Pitiful.
Service much better than the one closest to this McDonald's.
Sick and tired of having half of my burger end up in my lap!!!!! TRY EASING OFF THE AMOUNT OF SAUCES. THE SAUCE ENDS UP EVERYWHERE AND OVERPOWERS THE TASTE OF THE MEAT ETC.
