How can a pizza place continuously mess up CHEESE PIZZA! Like how can quality checkers look at this and go yeah that's what cheese pizza look like? Like seriously. If this continues to happen I'm going to go find a more reliable pizza place that won't mess up a simple cheese pizza.
Two out of two experiences at this store have been awful. My plant based "double beef" pizza only had the fake beef on one side of it, and the quantity was definitely not "double". This store needs to get back to the basics and have their staff measure their ingredients. Also I ordered for 6pm and it was ready at 5:50pm. This would have made it stone cold by 6pm. Definitely order from the Ipswich store if you have the choice.
This is the THIRD time this has happened- no cheese. This time I paid $2 extra for extra cheese since they never put enough And there was none at all. Almost comical. Will never ever come back or recommend anyone. Worst dominoes ever
I ordered two pizzas which were very poorly made. One was very dry looking and had half of the ingredients missing. The other pizza looked like it had the entire contents of the BBQ sauce bottle emptied onto the pizza. I had to return to the store and have both pizza's remade. While I was waiting for the pizzas to be remade I noticed that the kitchen area was very untidy with empty packs and rubbish on the floor. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Domino's Pizza at Brassall. I am reluctant to return to this store again.
Ordered premium pizzas. What a rip off. We had a pizza with the base being folded so it was all dough and the other pizza had ingredients missing. It was also like eating a value pizza not a premium due to barely any toppings. My daughter wouldn’t even eat it. Won’t be ordering again and it’s such a shame as my previous Dominos store had such high standards
Tired to place an order online with this store for my dinner on 22/9/2022 when it came to the payment area it said it couldn't place my order but still took the money out of my account. I went into the shop and told the manager what had happen his response was to shrug his shoulder and say the payment says pending it will bounce back my reply was so what do I do now? As that was my dinner I had just finished work and he didn't even check to see if my order did go through. His reply was just wait a few days it will bounce back. To bad if it was all the money I had and couldnt afford anything else. He was rude and arrogant. As of today 3 days later I still don't have my money back. Will be taking this further. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
Absolutely awful. we ordered for delivery at 6:30 they said they couldn't deliver and we didn't mind driving in to get it. At about 7:30;our pizzas weren't even cooked and we could see people after us walking out. There were 2 workers in the kitchen and the manager yelled if anyone waiting wanted a refund. we thought it surely should be soon. An hour and a half after I ordered at 8, I asked where our pizzas were they said' "we can either remake it or refund it". We decided to get a refund, but then they wouldnt let us get a refund on card so we had to get it in cash. We ended up getting KFC. The worst dominos ever, will never go there again. Moral of the story is get KFC instead.
Ordered online at 6.30pm. No pizza by 7.45 so we rang. Staff was extremely rude and disrectful. Pizza finally arrived at 8.30pm BURNT and COLD. I drove them back to the store and was told i couldn't get my money back for 2 days as we ordered online. Will NEVER buy from there again.
This is not an eat in place.Seems to have improved since new management took over.. Nice that they now have small or mini pizzas in the value range... Plenty of sides to choose from,I love the lava cake.Food: 3/5
This place shouldn’t even be one star, but seeing as I couldn’t put zero stars that will do. I walked in to try and order a pizza for my friend and I, and the worker that was in didn’t even look at me, I then asked if they were still open and she snapped at me. There was also no uniforms in sight, and no appropriate footwear as she was in thongs.
