Went twice over 4 days and both times staff were friendly, service was quick, food was fresh, including the chips, which is a big tick for me.
Very poor outfit recieved wrong items and when trying to contact McDonald's via email or phone no response. This is not a berry and custard pie
Felt dirt inside. Lots of tables weren't cleaned and chairs were all over the place. Also got cold chips
No idea why anyone would put ketchup on a mcmuffin. Otherwise a decent Maccas.
Great staff, great service. Liked the way they clean the tables immediately after others have finished with their eats.
Only got shakes and a chips but it was all very nice.
Everytime I go there I cannot order what I want, eg:, no ice creams, machine is on maintenance, they don't serve milkshakes, they don't listen and their cleanliness is less than desirable, I absolutely do not recommend Thames McDonald's at all.
Stopped here at 3am on our way down to Gisborne with our 15 month old baby boy fast asleep in our car. The staff were fantastic, they went the extra mile to be quiet as possible so that our boy remained asleep.
Good for a maccas. Had a flat white which was nice thanks. Toilets were the usual dirty
