I’m surprised people don’t give this store good ratings. This is probably one of the better KFC stores in New Zealand. They have good customer service and food arrives faster than you can find a spot to sit. This shows how hard working their current employees are as they can do this even when busy. Their chicken and chips are also fresh and hot when received and still crunchy. Would take this KFC store over McDonalds any day.
Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food outlet. Went through the drive through amongst the order was popcorn chicken for my six year old. When I paid at the window noticed the popcorn chicken wasn't included. Asked to add it which the young guy said he would need to check. Came back and told me they are too busy. I could understand if they had run out of popcorn chicken but to get my order wrong and then apparently too busy to supply something on the menu was infuriating. Poor service
The lady had just started work .. looked like she didn't want to be there... she was fiddling with her hat we were standing there waiting to be served and she just walked over to a colleague and started to have a chat when she came back there was no greeting no how much or thank you
Just got my meal. Young red hair dyed lady served me. Takes a lot for me to give a one star review. This lady serving me via the drive thru was rude and pushy. She looked like she really disliked her job. Horrible experience.
Food was Ok but the service of staff can't tolerate. The lady staff with glass was so rude and blocking us to not use the toilet or wash. She looks like we came to get free food. We are paying for such things as well. Worst Experience ever had.
Hands down kfc Is the best, my go to but tonight I got my usual value meal drink buns and a burger. I had to wait for the chicken to he cooked for another 20min but the lady hooked it up with some wicked wings for waiting! Ultra happy with that I tell yah but yaah shout out to the kfc anyways

This KFC has been really good at nights I go there, always same friendly staff and prompt with my order. Chicken has been fresh not old like use to be. Thanks I'll be back more often now.

Last time I came here I got all the way home and they forgot bits. This time I got the smallest 2 piece quarter pack ever. Wouldn't pay $14 again for 2 tiny bits of chicken
