I'm surprised this place even has 3 stars. You'll pay for items you won't receive then they will tell you to contact the delivery service you used and hope they will refund McDonald's incompetence. Why would uber refund me when McDonald's employees failed to do their job. They also love to pack as many meals into a single bag as possible Obviously the juveniles need to train their infant staff better.
I ordered a Garden Salad today and got leftovers! The photo says it all. One of the tomatoes even has mayo on it. When I called I was told they don't have cucumber but they do have cherry tomatoes and they can add cheese ?! I drove back and got a refund. Will not be going back.
the customer service skills are usually pretty good but the workers don't actually read the screen. orders are slow and wrong or incomplete 9 times out of 10. staff are sweet but have their head in the clouds. frustrating experience almost every single time.
My choc sundae wasn’t quite full after being handed over by one of the employees. However employee by the name of Tommy noticed the sundae and without my saying anything he offered to fill it all the way to the top! This excellent customer service and pro-activeness is exactly what we want from maccas employees and Tommy showed just that. He should receive some commendation for his kind acts.
They're generally a good McDonald's over all. However they never remember bloody pickles and/or onion on their cheeseburgers. They do tend to miss or put wrong items in the bag too. Otherwise I enjoy their service/foodFood: 3/5
Ordered through drive through. Ice cream melted and frappe runny by the time we got to the pick up window. Can't people use their brains? Leaving cold stuff on bench will result in melting! Surely common sense would tell you that. Yet again a customer just sucks it up pays good money for yet another sub-standard product. Pick up your act kids!
I have been to heaps of MacDonalds all over the world and they are normally at last reasonable .I wouldn’t expect first class food at a McDonald’s as it is what it is,But I would expect better than a cold hamburger and over cooked cold chips . The thick shake was ok. This place needs to lift its game even by McDonald’s standards. Was disappointing
one of the worst maccas i have been too so far, i ordered a hamburger and it was half cooked with white sauce on the bun, i returned the burger and the manger was lovely about it, but the replacement burger i was handed was the same as the first, sauce everywhere and the patty yet again undercooked. Disappointed in their service
Went to get some ice-cream and thick-shakes for the kids. Staff where playing in the bin and not washing hands and trying to serve my family bin food. I asked for my money back no apologies just filthy dirty looks from the management and staff. Was a regular being from Redcliffe myself but will never go there again absolutely discussing. Health and safety completely out the windows in this store don't risk your children or your own safety eating here.
Walked up to the counter to be served and was met with the graces of Tommy. Tommy delivered an excellent customer service experience with great communication and fast service. He deserves a raise!
