I just wanted to make mention to the cook how good my Big Brekkie Burger was this morning. Really really well stacked considering the amount of items in it and I appreciate the small details they made with adding salt and pepper and finely diced onions. Certainly wasn't expecting this quality at a Maccas!
I payed $5.15 or something like that for a large sprite. My order gets called and I take one sip as I am already gone and I realise the drink is sparkling water. What a waste if my time and money.
Can you lot learn to actually give people the right drink? If I pay for a coke I would like a coke, I’m quite sure the person who ordered a Coke Zero and received a normal Coke would have preferred the drink they paid for as well, I don’t know why the staff at this maccas seem incapable of providing the right drink for the order but it’s so sad bro like it’s not difficult to provide people with the product they paid for
I would like mark 0 for the service, I paid order via the manu machine. And waited aside there, I saw almost 10 later me orders serviced, I understood my order went something wrong. I went to ask the staff if my order missed as I saw some order bags kept there no move, was replied friendly, your order is just being prepared, please wait aside. I waited more 5 minutes, and there was so quiet, I went to ask again, yes, my order just stayed there no move as my first sight! luckily, I just saw my order number bill leaking on the edge. I asked the boy staff if could help my order, he plolitely checked and asked me to wait. So amazing service, I pointed my order number and the bag, asked him to help pass it to me, he was disppointed at me. yes, my order was only $7 dollars burger. and it was my dinner as well. You should service the cheap order if you made the manu.
Breakfast muffin was a skid mark. Coffee was weak and like 500 degrees hot! Service was super slow despite only a couple customers and the 10 staff milling around. What a waste of time and money.Food: 1/5
Cold food which took forever to arrive. Had to ask what was happening with it, made them replace the chips and coffees. It was disorganised and chaotic, like a rudderless ship in a storm. All this with barely a handfull of customers in store and not even a drive through to be concerned about. Awefull.Food: 1/5
Fairly sad state of affairs. Staff were well aware of this and seemingly happy for it to blow up and down Grey street. The term "tossers" comes to mind. Ironically the order interface was out of printer paper. The M&M Mcflurry was approved by my 7 yo.Food: 2/5
I don't know what it is but whenever I order from here i never get my hopes up lmao. Every single time they either give me the wrong thing, make it look like it's been through a hydrolic press or never give me the extras I pay for. I suggest either training or free pairs of prescription glasses for everyone.
I ordered a meal via uber eats and the mcflurry never came with my meal, i purchased an m&ms mcflurry, classic angus meal and chicken nuggets. This is a major disappointment since this isn't even the first time this has happened. I have attempted to call the store and no answer.
