Sorry but the few times we have been here ,they have forgotten items in out orders or missed them up. Hardly any contact now as they have order boards you pay at yourself so they don’t have to deal with customers,pick a number and wait,place was always clean tho
Food tasted pretty good I haven't eaten it yet. As for the presentation im absolutely disgusted, I understand that it's fast food but compare this to the advertised burgers you see on TV it's just appalling. Extremely disappointed McDonald's Caloundra.
Pretty good as far as McDonald's goes. The usual menu and facilities plus indoor air conditioned play area for the kids. Decent amount of parking too.

Good burger, chips were a little unseasoned though.
Very slow service and half my food was cold because not only did they put the kids yoghurt in with the happy meals. But food was ready and they kept it on the bench waiting
Best Maccas I have had in ages coffee was hot food tasted fresh HOT HASH BROWN HOT CHIPS
Unfortunately the forgot to put milk in our drive-through ice coffee after agreeing we want full fat milk. Eventually, after quite some time waiting in the driveway we got it as ordered. The coffee was good, no complaints what so ever, I guess we were just unlucky.
