Is this an acceptable amount of chips? My wife's wrap was brittle and dry. And we were missing our popcorn chicken!

Slowly getting worse, 21 minute wait for an order tonight. Last order took 3 trips through drive-through to get it close to correct, was still wrong. Requested 3 times the store contact me to discuss, still waiting 2 Months later.
Clean, as KFC's go. No hesitation getting the "Dirty Bird" here.
