I had the big breakkid burger here this morning and it was absolutely disgusting. The box was just filled with oil and grease, not to mention that the burger itself looked like it was dipped in oil. The hash brown was just as bad, just biting into it I could feel the oil sink into my mouth. As far as service goes, the girl taking my order seemed like she was either new or just very disinterested. I had to repeat my order multiple times for her.
The staffs are just outrageous rude. The drinks I ordered was not fill properly, look like it has been sitting on the benches for a while already. When asked the girl handle the order say: “this is how it is” with the attitude telling me to f off wow just wow. Will never buy from here again, I would rather drive to the Maccas near parkmore for a much better service and quality food.
Very quiet but I like that it is not too busy and bumping into people, not being able to find seating etc. Had a quiet time munching on my favourite desert - APPLE PIES!!!! I only bought 1 this time. Just enuff to quelch the cravings... Vegetarian options: Options of different salads which I myself have never tried but have dipped into a mates... Kid-friendliness: Playground undercover. Parking: Plenty of parking. Maybe a few more Disability carparkings and bikes for yours truly hehe
Ordered food to be delivered , it arrived much later than the estimated times also what we order we didn't received . Rang the store to let them know and instead of sorting the issue out and getting the order right they offered a voucher . Up till today we are still waiting for the voucher to arrive in the mail . This is not the first time they can't get the order right or there's missing items that's been paid for . No care factors what so ever !!
I went to the MC Springvale today .I was on the queue waiting place my order .One big guy carrying heavy staff -he said excuse me and I gave him a way ..I try to pay my order .That big guy behind me he said don’t worry about today pay .he said do something. Nice to other to then he left .I asked the cashier supervisor who is he ..she said ..He is the Owner .tears on my eye I just shocked ..why ? Because I try to pay my last 15 dollars to meal ..I don’t now him .he doesn’t know me ..Thank you Big man Big heart and BOSS GOD BLESS YOU.

Went to drive thru on 14 jan Ordered my meal told them 5 times that i dont want chips instead wanted salad i opened my food bag on the way out and they put chips inside i rang them and told the manager on duty he was happy to replace it and i told him its ok but im just upset that i repeat my self 5 times still they made mistakes when i got to work the burger was a mass now im upset more
This place really doesn't care about anything. They will get your order wrong, the food will be cold, or the service will be poor. They literally just don't care. I am 500m away and only order from here if there's no other option in 5km that's open. If only they put in some effort.Food: 2/5
It was the worst fast food experience. We had to wait in the car for over 40mins and when they finally delivered our food they offered no apology or explanation. We finally found out there was a party for the employees and no one was on duty as they were all celebrating. We couldn't even leave as there were cars behind us. Definately won't be coming to this maccas ever again.
This place is so quick. Mobile orders are so quick not even a minute they don’t even take long. But sometimes it’s long but it’s always worth the fresh food!! But the playground is my favourite I really like it but sometimes it is sticky or wet.
