Went here for dinner. The restaurant is clean in comparison to other locations I have went to. The staff were friendly and nice, happy to wait as they are currently understaffed. We got our order, the food quality is there, requested all left pieces for my order and the lady at the front was really nice and accomodating. We got our order, but we were missing the popcorn chicken. Had we not eat in, we would have missed our part of the order. That’s like $8-$9 for a maxi popcorn chicken, 1/3 of our total meal. Overall it was a good experience. I have attached what we are for reference.
Are the fried kitchen too much oil? I just wondered how often do people consume fast food like KFC? I usually order Wicked wings combo 6 11$ or 10 pieces 14,95Aud Are you willing to try your hand on any food?
Due to flooding and lettuce shortage, KFC has been "blending" cabbage to the lettuce to bulk it out. I don't like cabbage but I was willing to pick it out. I ordered 2 pepper Mayo sliders, opened the first and got picking...not one piece of lettuce amongst the 'blend. Ok, maybe that's just an unlucky handful of lettuce I thought. Next slider, exactly as shown in photo had a petite pinch portion of greens portion control of non existence. I see 2 pieces of shredded lettuce. Blend isn't really a 'blend' as per definition,....and to add, the staff were miserable.
Fantastic location, always have had good service and a pleasant experience both in store and in the drive through. I've had issues at other KFCs before messing up my order or being very slow but Springvale I've never had any issue with. Once I dropped a burger box because the bag tore and the staff replaced the meal for me at no additional cost 10/10
This particular KFC has a habit of leaving online orders for last, despite the fact I was in there for 15 minutes before the next counter order, they got theirs first. Food is mix and match, occasionally being spot on or being straight burnt. Incredible how the simple lack of care can ruin an otherwise good store.
Unsalted Chips. Warm drink. Drive through person only taking orders from one drive through queue. Had two cars get served while I sat there. I had to drive through the loop and go back to the other queue.
Came past to get my nephews favourites. There was a bit of a wait but i didn't mind as everything was hot and fresh! Best to go early, you will get great food.Food: 5/5
The lady taking the order and money didn’t acknowledge me. No thank you no your payment went through. Just walked off Waited awhile in drive through for the meal to be wrong and the go buckets seriously smaller than normal. The potato and gravy was inedible. I saw only one person handling food that actually wore gloves. It was disturbing. You need to retrain your staff and practice some safer food handling.
The chicken looked like it was cooked in old oil, burnt and dry.The lid was full of gravy, it looked like it was dropped on the ground. 9/10 times that we go here, the food is not top quality and the service is not great. We try to avoid this branch as much as possible.
The original burger is terrible !!! Meat is dry and there is no sauce . Never go back !!Food: 1/5
